Wodify is the best gym management software we have ever used. Has everything, and the customer service and tech support behind all of it is second to none. Its easy to write/modify/program workouts for my classes, its VERY easy to run payroll and divide up roles for coaches, track 'gym health' with various forms and reports, and communicate with members via email and announcements. There are A LOT of options on the back end so learning and identifying what works best for you takes some time. There is upside to this too though. Its a CRM, POS system, and program organizer all in one. Other programs/software make you "add on" (ala carte) extra features in order to achieve what WODIFY gives you at baseline. What do you like best about LegitFit?

We use LegitFit to manage our gym members accounts, inc access to the gym, reporting, payments, communications and soon our fitness classes.

The user interface is super and so user friendly! We can always ask for help or use the knowledge base for answers, however the majority of the time we can just figure it out ourselves as it’s very clear!

We like that the reporting is much easier and clearer, which makes managing things simpler. Reports that we struggled to complete in our last system can be generated at a click of a button now.

Members have better control to access the gym with the QR code feature, which is simpler for customers in all weather.

The reporting features are great as they let us see who owes money and who has paid clearly, and we can export our member lists.

We can also update members so much easier now, such as freeze memberships, switch them easily between packages or upsell to new packages.

We booked the demo very quickly and were impressed they were able to meet with us so quickly as time was of the essence for us! The demo at the start was great and it was obvious that they had researched our business before hand which we very much appreciated! All questions were answered easily and we felt reassured that moving to LegitFit was the right choice and best fit for us.

The initial setup was really easy, and Bella has been such a great help, making the process seamless. Even when issues arose which were outside of LegitFit , she reassured us it was all in hand and kept us up to date. What do you dislike about LegitFit?

Very little to be honest! We have been impressed by everything so far! Maybe the only thing we noticed is whenever you open a client account within the reporting section, if it just opened it in a smaller window instead of taking you out of the report, that would be handy. As at the moment we sometimes have two legitfit windows open at the same time- but this is something very minimal and only needed the odd time when trying to figure out particular members invoice queries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LegitFit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use LegitFit to manage clients, and provide better gym access. It's easier for clients with QR codes and helps me find out who owes money and who's paid much quicker and simpler than our previous system. It also lets me export and manage reports more efficiently and have a clearer picture of the business operations eg monthly revenue, failed payments. We also are much happier now that members have to sign their ts and cs and have a better understanding of our in house rules and terms of their contract handy to them. We have now introduced a par q thanks to the app which again is so important to us as a gym. Another big benefit is prior I would have had to meet potential members at the gym in order to sign up, now they can do it themselves via the app- this is hugely beneficial, not just in regards to my time but also for members who want to get started asap or struggle to find a time to meet at the gym first to get added to the system. Eventually we will like to add day passes too, which wasn’t an option to us before with our old system. The benefits have been huge already and we are only in our initial stages with it. What I like the most about WodGuru, is that you can quickly communicate with the support through chat and get answers to your questions almost right away. The app is very easy and intuitive for signing up for group classes and personal trainings.

Gymflow made our migration to a modern membership + access-control workflow genuinely smooth. We run a leisure facility (gym + pool) within a hotel/resort environment and needed reliable membership management, billing/renewals, bookings, and physical entry access.

The standout is the flexibility around access logic and integrations: the PDK (ProdataKey) integration works well for mapping memberships to PDK Access Groups, and the facility-based “booking access” approach is a smart way to grant time-bound access when someone has a class/booking. The platform is easy to operate once configured, and the member activation flow is clear.

Most importantly, customer support has been exceptional — fast responses, practical guidance, and even a short walkthrough video + a ready-to-send activation email template. That level of hands-on support made rollout and member comms significantly easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gymflow?

System emails currently send from a “no-reply@gymflow.io

” address unless you configure a branded sender domain via DNS. This is workable (we include our own contact details in the email body), but branded sending would feel more polished out of the box.

The Access setup concepts (Membership Access Group vs Facility/Booking Access) are powerful but can be slightly confusing on first setup. A bit more in-app guidance/tooltips or a clearer “recommended configuration” wizard for common setups (members 24/7 + booking-based access for non-members) would make onboarding even faster.

We needed a single system to manage leisure memberships for a gym + pool (within a hospitality/resort operation), including: member records, renewals/billing, booking-based access (e.g., pay-per-session pool bookings), and automated door/turnstile entry control.

Gymflow is solving the “admin + access control” gap: instead of manually checking membership status and granting access at reception, we can link memberships and bookings to access groups so the right people get access at the right time. This reduces front desk workload, improves control/compliance, and provides a better member experience (self-service activation, account management, and booking workflow). It also doesn't seem to be built in a way that has minor athletes in mind. What do you like best about PushPress?

Push Press CORE is great. I would highly recommend it. They keep improving it, customer support is fast & capable, and it's generally easy to learn. It's the only software that I have that has noticeably improved in a dramatic fashion over time. I would give CORE a 9/10. The AI agents they are working on sound amazing and will create a lot of value. I only see this software getting better and more useful. Within a year all of the things an admin assistant does for you will be easy for you to do yourself.

There are some new features for GROW I haven't tried yet and for some people they might be really valuable (e.g. Chat GPT or equivalent powered chat bot, voice AI assistant to answer the phone, etc.) but right now I would give GROW a 5/10 at best. I feel like they are focused on all these fancy things when it fails to do the basics well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PushPress?

Push Press GROW has been a net negative for my business.

The default workflows are poorly designed and have caused me repeated headaches and damaged my brand. I have lost sales because I trusted their default workflows. You can't trust their "out of the box" workflows.

Since the default workflows aren't very good you are better off making your own workflows from scratch and saving yourself some money.

The email marketing widget is weak. They don't even use it themselves for their email marketing. For example you can't embed more than one link into an email using the email marketing widget in GROW.

Lastly, while it's getting better CORE & GROW are not integrated particularly well.

In CORE my gross revenue figure shouldn't include sales tax collected. If you're in a jurisdiction that includes a sales tax their financial reports aren't as helpful since you need to go digging to find the "real" numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was an easy way to show reporting on attendance class numbers and being able to display this in a graph would be REALLY helpful; the same also for revenue so I can see attendance/revenue trends over a 12 month period.

What I like best about Mindbody is how it helps streamline both the member and operational experience. As a Director at Alloy Personal Training Lincoln Park, having one platform for scheduling, memberships, reporting, and client communication helps our team stay organized and deliver a better experience to our members.

The app makes it easy for members to book sessions, manage their schedules, and stay accountable to their fitness routines, which is huge for consistency and retention. On the business side, it allows us to track attendance, automate processes, and manage day-to-day operations more efficiently so our coaches can focus more on people and less on administrative tasks. One area I wish was improved within Mindbody is the visibility of internal client notes. As a studio, we like to keep all member-related communication and operational notes in one centralized place for efficiency and team communication. However, at times these notes may include sensitive operational details such as billing issues, account concerns, or internal follow-up items that are not intended for client viewing prior to us addressing them directly in person or over the phone.

What do you like best about ABC Glofox?

What I like best about Glofox is how flexible it is. We run a drop-in third space model for a children’s learning center with lots of different offerings, and the platform handles everything—from hourly bookings to classes and camps—really smoothly. It’s easy for parents to use, we rarely have issues, and it’s made managing our operations so much more efficient. What do you dislike about ABC Glofox?

The glitches when parents try to add multiple kids which is something most yoga studios won’t experience and appointments not showing up under “bookings”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ABC Glofox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Glofox is solving the challenge of managing a high volume of different programs in one place. We run a drop-in third space model for a children’s learning center with classes, camps, events, and hourly bookings, and most children’s class-specific platforms couldn’t handle that level of flexibility. Even though Glofox is designed for gyms, it works incredibly well for our needs.

What problems is Kenko (formerly Bookee) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kenko has completely changed the game for me! Running a Pilates studio comes with so many moving parts—scheduling, client bookings, payments, keeping track of memberships—you name it. Before Kenko, it felt like I was constantly putting out fires, but now? Everything just flows!

The best part? My clients love it. They can easily book classes, manage their memberships, and get reminders, which means fewer no-shows and way less back-and-forth. It makes their experience smoother and more enjoyable, and that makes me happy!

But honestly, what I appreciate the most is how much time it saves me. Instead of drowning in admin work, I can focus on what I actually love, teaching, connecting with my clients, and growing my business. Plus, the reports and insights help me make smarter decisions without the guesswork.
