I like that In2 is always trying to improve their performance, which is really important for me. The reporting feature is particularly valuable because it makes finalizing everything at the end of the month easier for us. I also found the initial setup of In2 to be very easy, which was a relief. In2 has clicked my client schedules and organizational structure for operating my sports business. With In2, my instructors are able to schedule their own classes directly and take on clients independently which leads to effective teaching and increases their sense of responsibility. I struggle with other important growth indicators such as the number and frequency of class attendance, and the member churn rate. In2 turns out the functions therein not only overlap but get difficult to grasp. However, sometimes one would not be able to tell what is the function of a specific aspect, and traversing the interface can feel overloaded. What problems is In2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

In2 will be useful in increasing gym management efficiency as it collects real-time data on user demographics and behavior. But, the combination of new features which sometimes cross the boundaries brings added complexity to the new device. Streamlining the interface itself as well as giving these components extra clarity to the user while employing this feature, their experience will be enhanced. I have been a client of Joinin2 for the past year and it has helped me manage ‘Ohana Space more effectively with the availability of a variety of tools to handle my operations and focus on the client experience.

While yogis can find ‘Ohana Space through the app, search for classes, book, and pay online. I can run and manage my business with easy scheduling, generating insightful reports, managing staff payroll and organizing my POS all through one platform.
