
Great Customer Service:
I have to give credit to Wellyx's customer service. They were really helpful in the beginning and always willing to work with us to resolve issues.
A Lot of Features:
Wellyx offers a ton of features, which is great if you're running a business that needs a lot of customization. They try to accommodate as many different scenarios as possible.
Eventually Got a Partial Refund:
After a lot of back-and-forth, Wellyx did give us a partial refund. It took time, but at least they were willing to work with us in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over-Promised and Under-Delivered:
The sales team promised a lot that the software just couldn’t deliver for our business model. There was a huge disconnect between what was promised and what actually worked, which was really frustrating.
Way Too Complicated:
The interface was a nightmare. There were way too many tabs, buttons, and options that made it hard to do anything simple, like sending an invoice. We were constantly on support calls because we couldn't figure things out on our own.
No User Agreement and Lack of Transparency:
We didn’t ask for a user agreement upfront, and that turned out to be a big mistake. We paid for the service, and then had trouble getting any clarity about the terms, especially when we wanted to cancel or ask for a refund.
