What do you like best about Wellyx?

Great Customer Service:

I have to give credit to Wellyx's customer service. They were really helpful in the beginning and always willing to work with us to resolve issues.

A Lot of Features:

Wellyx offers a ton of features, which is great if you're running a business that needs a lot of customization. They try to accommodate as many different scenarios as possible.

Eventually Got a Partial Refund:

After a lot of back-and-forth, Wellyx did give us a partial refund. It took time, but at least they were willing to work with us in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wellyx?

Over-Promised and Under-Delivered:

The sales team promised a lot that the software just couldn’t deliver for our business model. There was a huge disconnect between what was promised and what actually worked, which was really frustrating.

Way Too Complicated:

The interface was a nightmare. There were way too many tabs, buttons, and options that made it hard to do anything simple, like sending an invoice. We were constantly on support calls because we couldn't figure things out on our own.

No User Agreement and Lack of Transparency:

We didn’t ask for a user agreement upfront, and that turned out to be a big mistake. We paid for the service, and then had trouble getting any clarity about the terms, especially when we wanted to cancel or ask for a refund.

What do you like best about Wellyx?

It covers all parts of our gym and spa so is comprehensive in its features. The support team are really helpful and go above and beyond what I was expecting. They copied my previous software forms manually and added to the system so my customers can sign waivers. It is also cheaper than my previous software, so I got a better software and saved money too :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wellyx?

It is a comprehensive software so does take time to setup and learn, although the support team assist throughout this process. Once the software is setup though it is easy to use. Wellyx offered to train my staff to use the software at no additional cost but was simple to use once setup, so did that myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have anything I dislike. Setup has become a lot more advanced then before but I enjoy seeing the new development. We have just introduced late cancellation and no shows for classes and services because of Wellyx and it has really improved the flow of customers and class bookings.
