**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

It has absolutely everything I need as a gym owner. It’s straightforward to use, and communication with support has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

I recently came across an AI-based system that uses cameras to detect when someone lets an unscanned person enter from outside. Gym Insight doesn’t support it yet, but I’d really like to have this kind of technology at my gym, especially since we’re open 24 hours a day.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Mindbody and Kisi, but a lot of members kept losing access, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Their support team was poor at communicating, and even when we managed to reach them, they were slow and unhelpful. Then I found Gym Insight, and they guided me through the entire transfer process. Honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened to me.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

Customer service and ease of use, the simplicity of the product underscores the complexities of the processes associated with operating a gym.  Gym Insight is very intuitive and with the upgraded user interface and functionality, serves to make sure the user experience is optimized.  Every single time I've made a "service" call my call has been picked up on the first or second ring and the level of customer service is unmatched in the industry.  After spending 21 years as an owner operator and fitness facility consultant, there are no other names I even consider when debating which software system to use.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

Although not a primary component of Gym Insights services, the door access control system has been a bit tricky to navigate.  My hope is that there would be a network of trained professionals in each market to serve as the installer and/or liaison between customer A and Gym Insight. As far as the software goes, we have been very satisfied.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navigating the reporting system and KPI's that are crucial to the success of the business.  At any point in time I can run very easily accessible reports to learn more about the important aspects of the business ie location performance, membership revenues, increase or decrease in membership dues etc.

Gym Insight is one of the most user friendly tools I have ever rolled out. It has made things so much easier for our staff AND our members.

The only thing I really am hoping to see is an inventory module of some sort. The great thing about Gym Insight is that they actually listen to your feedback and try to get you what you need...so this is actually in the works!

The ease of updating client info via the app and new members signing up online....that was huge for us.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

I use Gym Insight as a merchant and membership database. It allows me to bill my customers and store customer information and act as a CRM. The customer service is top notch and very helpful and fast. The software is very easy to use. I save a lot of time and money as a business owner.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

The merchant fees could be better, like with eCheck, where I get charged 0.75% per transaction and have to wait a long time to get the revenue deposited in my business bank account. It would also be helpful if they were more open to integrating with other merchants outside of Authorize.net.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gym Insight to bill my customers and store their information as a CRM. It saves me time and money by being easy to use.

Most helpful is the exceptional customer service, and the upside is how easy it is to learn and use the system.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

The least helpful part for me is the access control, since there isn’t currently a way to lock access for certain members at specific times. That said, I’m excited to hear this feature is coming soon!

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They really listen to the issues that are specific to my company and have been able to make changes relatively quickly. They also added a POS to the software, and they continue to make awesome improvements.

I love how easy the software is to use and navigate. I also really love the customer support that I receive every single time I reach out (which is a lot)!

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

If I had to be picky, I wish the portal and the app were "prettier" ? For example more customizable features like theme changes. It's super easy to use, which I love, but maybe too basic.. That's not really something significant, but that's all I could really say I "dislike".

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Gym Insight, my entire business would not be possible. From the scheduling system to the door system, Gym Insight plays a pivotal role in how my business functions. I run a self serve business where clients come and go as they please and no one is there to let them in or out, so I rely on the door system to make sure they are always able to get in as well as ensuring only members are accessing the facility.

Customer service always available, weekends included. My personal point of contact, Steven Cole, is always there to guide us and help us through difficult and challenging processes.

There's not much, though it'd be nice to have the ability  to have documents sent for digital signature beyond the signup process.

Allowing members to key in 24 hours a day and me to monitor in real-time from whatever device I'm on.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

Gym Insight has been a game changer for my business. I don't have a bricks and mortar gym but do have a team that services clients throughout  a tri-state area. So whether we are on the road or working from home, Gym insight enables me to easily manage my business no matter where I am as well as push through important information so my team can manage their clients as well.

Gym Insight was easy to implement, has improved my overall collections not to mention enhance client satisfaction and retention. Aside from the ease and convenience of the Platform, the training and support is off the charts.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

To be honest, I have yet to find a down side of this platform, there isn't one thing I dislike. As a small business owner and not overly tech savvy this platform is easy to use, comprehensive and the support is off the charts. The one thing I wished It could do was send invoices but again not a dislike.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform to manage client accounts ranging from collections to weekly client interaction. Because our business is largely virtual and does not maintain a bricks and mortar gym a mobile component was vital. Gym Insight allows us to manage client payments, track client progress and pay our team. The platform delivers on every point.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

The most helpful is seeing who's being charged, when they're being charged and when the charges will take place with advanced notice, thanks to good reporting.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

I wouldn't say a downfall, because I haven't used it yet, but I would like to start adding personal training clients, scheduling and tracking their session uses. I am aware that this is possible within Gym Insight, but have yet to get into this functionality.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not only user-friendly for me but also for the new members and clients getting registered and setup on their Member App.  I find it helps to be able to monitor which members enter the gym for better security and safety as well as member compliance. It's also great for sales and very easy to create and sell memberships and packages.

There is so much I like about Gym Insight. I especially love their customer service; always friendly and very helpful. The software is user friendly and much more efficient than our previous software company. The implementation and transition to Gym Insight was relatively easy and efficient. I highly recommed Gym Insight to everyone!

I haven't come across anything that I dislike about Gym Insight at this point. Every interaction has been positive.

Reciprocity between multiple locations is a big asset with Gym Insight. It makes inputing data much easier. We had issues with our previous software company with auto billing and Gym Insight has made that process effortless. Gym Insight allows us to go paperless, which saves money in the long run. The joining process has also been made easier with online sign ups  and Sales Guru.

I have a 24 hour gym and Gym Insight has made a huge difference in managing my gym. My members love the app and the ability to see class schedules and reserve them. I also love the fact that Customer Service is so responsive to questions or issues when they arise.  Extra bonus is the appointment widget for my sauna. Honestly. I could go on and on!! As I mentioned above definitely "The best decision I ever made!!"

Honest answer.........I don't dislike anything. They keep improving and improving!!

My day to day workload is significantly less due to there streamlining everything into their software.

User friendly! Im able to train Staff fast and efficiently. Sales Guru app working perfectly on ipad and even iphone! All my members like the Member App too. Steeven Cole and the customer support have been very on top of all of my questions throughout onboarding even to now

I would like to be able to checkout customers with multiple items per transaction, but I hear this POS functionality is coming soon and look forward to it!

One thing that's been very helpful is how I can handle operations from whatever device of mine I'm using at the time, whether my laptop, or mobile phone or ipad.

What I like most about Gym Insight is the ease of use.  Learning this new system took less than a week and training new employees on this system is so much faster than our old system.  It's much easier to sign up new members and provide them with accurate information about their accounts.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

Lack of dedicated of Point-of-Sale system.  However, that system is in the works and should be out shortly.

The only problem we have right now is the lack of dedicated Point-of-Sale system but talking to them, they are working on it right now and that system should be out shortly.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

It was built with the user in mind.  Everything is quick, simple, easy to navigate and use.  It was well thought out and easy to learn by our staff.  The software has been great but the customer service has been top notch.  As we've needed help during our transition to Gym Insight, the team has be right there to assist.  They have gone above and beyond to not only train us in the system, but to also assist us with knowledge in ways to improve our business using their product.  We have worked closely with Abi and Anthony throughout our move and they have both been exceptional.  The whole team has been great.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

Nothing to dislike only wish they had an integrated timeclock for my staff.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several business accounts that have a lot of members on them.  We ran into an issue where Gym Insight did not allow more than 50 members on a single account.  The team has been working to fix that and has been quick to update on the progress.  We have also encountered an issue with email notifications with new sign ups.  Same as the other, the team has jumped in to figure out the problem and they are working towards a solution while updating me each day on their findings.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

The best part about Gym Insight so far has been the people.  They are all so easy to work with and extremely patient.  The software if very user friendly as well but the people and customer service is why I chose GI.

**What do you dislike about Gym Insight?**

The only thing I dislike was the data transfer process but this is not GI's fault.  Any data transfer is awful and would be with any company.  But GI did a great job and made it less stressful than it could have been.  Again they were extremely patient and helpful during the entire process.

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has kept my business more organized with less paperwork.  I can see when payments are coming in and how much vs guessing and waiting until they actually hit.

**What do you like best about Gym Insight?**

So many aspects I could mention. First and foremost, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! They are extremely responsive, personal, and compassionate. I am in the process of opening my first gym, and they have been helping me since the day I signed up for their software. Their training courses are extremely helpful, and Abi was extremely patient with me and my lack of technology skills. Natalia has been there helping me every step of the way and always responds to any email questions I have with detail. She has been very informative regarding her experience as an instructor and gym operator. 

Now for the software itself. It is so easy to use! Especially for someone who slightly despises all things technology! There are so many features that are actually relevant for gym owners, and they walk you through every step in their multi-session training meetings. There are dozens of reports that break down literally every part of your business, which is a tremendous help for organization and scaling. I love how organized and clear the dashboard is, and everything is pretty easy to find and utilize. 

The great part about all of this is we haven't even opened our gym yet (I am currently a freelance trainer until we open so I've been using the software with my clients now to get more familiar with it before we start rocking). They treat me just as well as a multi-location gym, and I can tell they truly want their customers to succeed. They have a great thing going and I'm excited to be able to grow with them!

I honestly can't think of anything at this point!

**What problems is Gym Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping me be much more organized with my business. There are so many functions that help automate the entire gym experience for members, employees, trainers, and owners. Most of all, everything I need is super easy to find, and we have the ability to control everything.

Gym Insight software allows our 24/7 gym to be managed on it's own without requiring staff to be onsite directly.  This was vital need in opening our small gym.  The sign up process for our members has been seamless.  No issues no concerns.  The notifications when members are coming in the facility is a great tool to see how many members are using the gym and which members as well.

Gym Insight has been everything I was looking for in a membership service from the very beginning. I initiated contact via the website and recieved a phone call within three minutes. I honestly cant think of anything, as a school, we dont use the accounting features of the program, but for our use in tracking student use and times of use, it is awesome!

Believe it or not, we were tracking use on a clipboard with pen and paper until 6 months ago.  This program enables us to track all of our students, the times of day they are coming in, and how many come in per quarter.

The customer service is fantastic.  If there is something we need and it doesn't exist within the program, they work to build it for us, or help us find a different way to accomplish what we need.  Very responsive!

We really miss the ability to email and text our members directly through the desktop program.  It seems the only way to communicate easily with members is if they have the app.  Some of our members do have it, but most do not.  It used to be seamless to get a short message out to all members.

We can almost completely manage our gym memberships and personal training, as well as workshops and sales items,  It is really customizable to fit the needs we have in running the gym and easy to modify when needed.

Gym Insight’s software is very consistent and stable. They help a lot setting the club up and doing presales. The routine processes that they automate, access and financial reporting, and control over my staff and members gives me a peace of mind that’s priceless.

At one point the membership payment stop working, but I called into customer service and got help right away, confirmed some settings and it hasn’t been a problem since.

I’m happy with how easy Gym Insight makes it to manage my members. It automates tasks that I don’t like managing members who don’t pay on time or honor their contracts. I appreciate that the software is designed with gym owners' needs in mind, rather than being overloaded with unnecessary features that nobody asked for.

They need to add the ability to automatically bill for personal training plans and sell them online. That automation that would help a lot.
