**What do you like best about Arbox?**

Let's start with the customer support that NEVER failed. 
Always there and so helpful. Never leave me with an open problem.

Second, the features are Very tailored to the needs of running a business. 
Everything is simple, straightforward, and efficient.
Third, Arbox is always open to optimization suggestions, and there is always someone to talk to rather than an info box.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

There is no personal training management system for every coach (but I know they are developing a solution to this problem)
 In addition, there is no in-store inventory management option.

**Recommendations to others considering Arbox:**

If you want to run your studio/ CrossFit /club  in an effortless and pleasure wayYou need to try arbox!

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer management (and everything he brings with him), registration for training, tracking payments.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

Arbox customer service goes above and beyond its competitors.  Our contact is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough... and he helps us coordinate feature requests in a timely manner.  I also really love the custom app and the simplicity of the entire system design.  It's incredibly user-friendly; minimal training is required for staff.  Our members also love how easy the app is to use!

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

There are a few features that we'd love to have incorporated (promo codes, class rotations, Zoom integration, etc.), but Arbox has been coordinating with us to include these features soon.

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arbox has streamlined our membership purchase and class registration process, so fewer new clients need assistance getting started... which frees up staff to engage in other activities.  We're reletively new to Arbox, so we're still in the process of taking advantage of all the marketing tools Arbox offers.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

The team is pretty helpful. They delivered the product in a timely matter. They stopped replying to my emails though...

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

The app look, the interface, the login issues, the troubleshooting problems. I thought I would be doing work in the app directly but it was all through a horrible browser interface. It doesn't work well, requires too much time and doesn't interface on accross various devices particularly well…

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They stop replying to my emails... I haven't heard from them in months other than to ask me to do this review so I did.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

There were some issues getting started but I was always able to speak to someone to help get it corrected.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

There is not much not to like but the first merchant we worked with wasn't helpful and hard to contact.  As far as Arbox is concerned they worked very well with me.

Right now we are working on correcting the payment options in the app. I do believe the software developers have it under control.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

I like the Arbox app - my trainees have all the information they need; who is the coach and what is today's WOD. It's like a social network - they can invite friends to work out with them and see who else comes to the class they scheduled.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

I think that the mobile experience can be better (for the management system).

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can send push messages to my trainees and let them know about special events,
I can manage the number of people in every hall (which is very necessary since CoVid),
I can let my trainees know when their membership will expire - and they can purchase a new one by themselves.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

Arbox is simple to use,the  customer service is excellent and our clients like the app.  Scheduling is super easy and intuitive.  We love the new appointment feature as well!

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

I dislike the fact that there is no staff app so we can make changes to the schedule when on the go.  I also struggle with my 6 month long memberships- that part is not very intuitive.

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Arbox frees up a lot of time with phone calls and emails for booking/signing up new members.  The integration with mail chimp has saved me a lot of time as well.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

Arbox has allowed us to centralize all aspects of business management: accounting, HR, Facilities, Sales, Marketing and even customer service in one reliable system. I enjoy the admin platform in as many devices as I want for no added charges. On the other hand, We also get the benefits of an amazing client app that helps us maintain people connected to our business and brand, logistically and emotionally.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

Honestly, every item I've disliked has been destroyed with their amazing customer service and constant development.

**What problems is Arbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For example, I had some reviews about their online store but before I was able to get annoyed, their support informed me of a whole relaunch in the horizon addressing my concerns and beyond, so they really keep things moving and improving

Freedom in the financial sector and conditions to work on the calendar and levels of the students

Automations could be better both for sales and for marketing.

I can manage over 500 students who do not need to speak with me to schedule classes or make payments.

**What do you like best about Arbox?**

Everything is quick and easy to navigate to. There's no second guessing where certain tabs are and I know exactly where I need to go. Compared to competitors, Arbox is very user friendly and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

The least helpful about Arbox is that it does take some time playing around with Arbox to figure it out, but once you have gone through Arbox a bit and explored it, it is very straight forward and easy to use.

Almost everything needed is in one app/website for the business.

User friendly app that allows clients to schedule.

**What do you dislike about Arbox?**

I wish there was an automatic message feature when leads get added to their evaluation class. Pretty much a reminder notification for leads.

**Recommendations to others considering Arbox:**

I would recommended to those with 50+ clients that need to schedule.

Clients can scheduled themselves. It makes the process easier and not having to do it manually.
