What do you like best about Arbox?

Let's start with the customer support that NEVER failed.

Always there and so helpful. Never leave me with an open problem.

Second, the features are Very tailored to the needs of running a business.

Everything is simple, straightforward, and efficient.

What do you dislike about Arbox?

There is no personal training management system for every coach (but I know they are developing a solution to this problem)

What do you like best about Arbox?

Arbox customer service goes above and beyond its competitors. Our contact is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough... and he helps us coordinate feature requests in a timely manner. I also really love the custom app and the simplicity of the entire system design. It's incredibly user-friendly; minimal training is required for staff. What do you dislike about Arbox?

There are a few features that we'd love to have incorporated (promo codes, class rotations, Zoom integration, etc.), but Arbox has been coordinating with us to include these features soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arbox?

The app look, the interface, the login issues, the troubleshooting problems. I thought I would be doing work in the app directly but it was all through a horrible browser interface. What do you like best about Arbox?

I like the Arbox app - my trainees have all the information they need; who is the coach and what is today's WOD. It's like a social network - they can invite friends to work out with them and see who else comes to the class they scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arbox?

I dislike the fact that there is no staff app so we can make changes to the schedule when on the go. I also struggle with my 6 month long memberships- that part is not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arbox?

Arbox has allowed us to centralize all aspects of business management: accounting, HR, Facilities, Sales, Marketing and even customer service in one reliable system. I enjoy the admin platform in as many devices as I want for no added charges. On the other hand, We also get the benefits of an amazing client app that helps us maintain people connected to our business and brand, logistically and emotionally.
