I have been using them for a little while now. I am a personal trainer so I run a small business and it works great for my needs and has a great cost. Their customer service is also very quick to help anytime I need help. **What do you dislike about RhinoFit?** Nothing really, theyre great. I would recommend them to anyone **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RhinoFit as software for my personal training. It lets me automate my payments and schedule clients. They also have a ton of reports which I like. I also really like the waivers since they are integrated. ### 2. Lack of options for automated/scheduled communications (email mainly). Email customization is not user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** If you want a feature rich system that can handle member communications and speed up your workflow, look elsewhere. **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I have to use something, swapping is a pain in the ass, but if speed issues are not addressed, I will be looking for another option. The only thing I use this for is to process accounts and that has even gotten to be a hassle. ### 3. An example would be key card numbers. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** I highly recommend implementing RhinoFit. Even with a small gym we were overwhelmed keeping track members, payments and reminders. Rhinofit organized everything and made it easy. We found that we were averaging missing $600 in payments a year of auto payments that weren’t working and Rhinofit solved that and paid for itself right away. **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solved issues with taking payments ### 4. You can't beat it. It does everything I need for my fitness studio and an AMAZING price. They need a better mobile app. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** If you need a simple app to run your fitness business this is it. The price is amazing. I've only had to call in about a few things that I needed help with but I've received quick help everytime. I also like that I can have as many members as I like without getting charged more. The billing system is super easy to use and setup. The automated emails and mailchimp integration make it easy to keep up with the gym and keep members informed. **What do you dislike about RhinoFit?** In the beginning they had a few bugs in the system especially with reports but now it seems to be working really well. Or maybe it was just a learning curve for me... Other than that I would just like to be able to change some website integrations to match my site better. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** Take the leap now, there are lot's of other systems out there but RhinoFit hits the mark and doesn't disappoint. **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the reports you can run and the membership options are easy to configure. I like how I can customize everything on the dashboard screen. You can pick what data is most important to you and then get rid of anything that you feel doesn't really impact you as much ### 7. I figured a work around on my own once customer support tells me there is no report. The Dashboard doesn't depict my accurate numbers and I am not sure how the information is computed. So I keep a spreadsheet to give me my numbers. Having access during operating hours would be helpful when trying to use the system. Locating help without having to call the office or sending in an email would be beneficial. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** Ask for the reports that you need to run day to day operations and make sure they accommodate your needs. Also be sure to set up your memberships, trial memberships, other options correctly before beginning to use Rhinofit. Again, this goes back to knowing the numbers you are looking for day to day and at the end of the month. **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payment processing including ACH options which I did not have with Mindbody when I switched. ### 8. Creating and configuring classes is easy and everything is relatively organized. **What do you dislike about RhinoFit?** It seems to benefit CrossFit boxes, especially with how it prioritizes benchmarks and such. Even though it has an Assessment option, loading test scores is cumbersome. If RhinoFit could implement some sort of spreadsheet format where I could easily enter test results into a pre-formatted sorted data collector, I would find more functionality within the software. I also wish there were self-customization options for iFrame (calendars, kiosks, etc. ) rather than emailing and waiting for RhinoFit tech to do it for me. The app doesn't seem to work with web browsers on mobile devises. I realize that having clients download the mobile app solves that. Not a huge deal. I'd like to have time locks on session times. For example, I want to set a 12-hour window prior to the start of class that locks people in or out. Last minute additions or cancellations are frustrating. Finally, I'd like to see a more mobile friendly kiosk app. In order to use it on my tablet's web browser, I have to zoom in far in order for clients to even see their names. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** Go through the free trial. It's incomplete but their always adding updates. If you like the general functionality, they are likely to add desirable updates later on! **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** RhinoFit is helping me keep my schedule straight.By allowing clients to schedule themselves, it frees up more time to take care of other tasks other than coaching. ### 11. The initial setup is not straightforward and complicated. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** I was looking for a cheaper scheduling platform than the one I am currently using, Mindbody. Rhinofit is definitely cheaper, but there's a good reason. The setup and customizations are much less straightforward and the quality of the product is significantly less. I would only recommend Rhinofit if you are on a very tight budget and you have lots of extra time on your hands to figure it out. Even then, I'm not sure it's a good investment. This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rhinofit solves scheduling the scheduling of members taking classes at my gym so it saves times. We used it at a University and used it to help process a bunch of our payments for group X. It was pretty easy to take care of all that; I'm not sure if it's still being used there. **What do you dislike about RhinoFit?** We didn't utilize the class scheduling much as we just had it in the pilot phase of changing how we actually scheduled.
