What do you like best about FLiiP?

I enjoyed the clean and elegant design of the app and the web version. All functions are very user friendly and intuitive, which works very well for a lot of us in the wellness business. It’s so helpful to see how many people will be in the class and can access the client’s contacts easily. Everything is just a click away! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLiiP?

I definitely don’t get all the amazing features on the app as they have in the web version, such as, the app only give me one week (current week) class info, whereas thecweb version allows me to access all past and future classes attendance and info. So i may miss a few info sometimes when i am only on the app, but then i quickly check the web version and i can find everything i need from them again!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about FLiiP is how complete and intuitive it is. It’s a powerful tool that offers a lot of possibilities, making it easy to manage everything in one place. There isn’t much I truly dislike about FLiiP, but like any software, there’s always room for small improvements. Occasionally, I find that certain features could be a bit more customizable or streamlined. What do you like best about FLiiP?

The onboarding process has been exceptional! We are transitioning from another platform and the process with Anthony has been so much more smooth than with the last one. He explains processes so well and has been extremely helpful. Quick to respond and always provides thorough explanation. What do you dislike about FLiiP?

We haven't fully onboarded yet, so unable to provide an educated answer. Only thing that has been cause for concern (though unavoidable) is that because we are moving from another platform, members will have to re-enter their payment information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several features that fit well with the specific criteria of my business model. EXCELLENT customer service, lots of support to set up FLiiP. "After using 3 different platforms, I've finally found the one!"
What do you like best about FLiiP?

The fact that I can have both of my gyms locations under one app, so people can choose which location they want to go to. In the past, I've had to have two different accounts, which meant two different monthly payments. This does it all and for less then I was paying for one account with all the others. It also integrates well with my marketing software go high level. Anyone that enters into Fliip, gets entered into GHL. Also the customer support is hands down miles above two of the three past CRM's I've used and still better then the 3rd. Highly responsive and always willing to jump on a call to go in more depth with any issues I have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FLiiP?

The one downside is that there is no reverse integration with my GHL software. By that I mean I wish there was a way to have the leads that get into that software, the GHL, to automatically be entered into Fliip. But, I tend to just send them the link for the free trial when the lead ends up communicating and it's not the biggest of issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
