I enjoyed the clean and elegant design of the app and the web version. All functions are very user friendly and intuitive, which works very well for a lot of us in the wellness business. I definitely don’t get all the amazing features on the app as they have in the web version, such as, the app only give me one week (current week) class info, whereas thecweb version allows me to access all past and future classes attendance and info. There isn’t much I truly dislike about FLiiP, but like any software, there’s always room for small improvements. Only thing that has been cause for concern (though unavoidable) is that because we are moving from another platform, members will have to re-enter their payment information. The fact that I can have both of my gyms locations under one app, so people can choose which location they want to go to. In the past, I've had to have two different accounts, which meant two different monthly payments. This does it all and for less then I was paying for one account with all the others. It also integrates well with my marketing software go high level. Anyone that enters into Fliip, gets entered into GHL. Also the customer support is hands down miles above two of the three past CRM's I've used and still better then the 3rd. The one downside is that there is no reverse integration with my GHL software. By that I mean I wish there was a way to have the leads that get into that software, the GHL, to automatically be entered into Fliip. Having multuple rooms makes it easy to add classes as well as other services. The app is very user friendly for my members to use. It's a software that is very easy for me to use.
