All functions are very user friendly and intuitive, which works very well for a lot of us in the wellness business. It’s so helpful to see how many people will be in the class and can access the client’s contacts easily. Everything is just a click away! **What do you dislike about FLiiP?** I definitely don’t get all the amazing features on the app as they have in the web version, such as, the app only give me one week (current week) class info, whereas thecweb version allows me to access all past and future classes attendance and info. So i may miss a few info sometimes when i am only on the app, but then i quickly check the web version and i can find everything i need from them again!! **What problems is FLiiP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Class attendance ### 2. We are transitioning from another platform and the process with Anthony has been so much more smooth than with the last one. He explains processes so well and has been extremely helpful. Quick to respond and always provides thorough explanation. The system is also very intuitive and I love having the ability to utilize videos for our members. **What do you dislike about FLiiP?** We haven't fully onboarded yet, so unable to provide an educated answer. Only thing that has been cause for concern (though unavoidable) is that because we are moving from another platform, members will have to re-enter their payment information. **What problems is FLiiP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that we can sell training packages in minutes, rather than in sessions. Gives the member some flexibility. Also, not every one can come in to the gym regularly, so being able to provide virtual classes and workout videos provides an opportunity to keep us all connected. ### 9. In the past, I've had to have two different accounts, which meant two different monthly payments. This does it all and for less then I was paying for one account with all the others. It also integrates well with my marketing software go high level. Anyone that enters into Fliip, gets entered into GHL. Also the customer support is hands down miles above two of the three past CRM's I've used and still better then the 3rd. Highly responsive and always willing to jump on a call to go in more depth with any issues I have **What do you dislike about FLiiP?** The one downside is that there is no reverse integration with my GHL software. By that I mean I wish there was a way to have the leads that get into that software, the GHL, to automatically be entered into Fliip. But, I tend to just send them the link for the free trial when the lead ends up communicating and it's not the biggest of issues **What problems is FLiiP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having both of my locations under one app and for just the one monthly payment is big. Having multuple rooms makes it easy to add classes as well as other services. The app is very user friendly for my members to use. It's a software that is very easy for me to use.
