Screen sharing helps explain things clearly, meeting recordings let me review or share discussions later, and AI summaries save time by capturing key points automatically. The initial setup was very easy and quick, allowing everyone to start using it without much guidance. I also connect it with Google for calendar scheduling and Slack for team communication, which makes meetings and collaboration more organized.

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered with too many features, and occasional lag or connection issues can interrupt meetings. Also, some useful advanced tools are only available in paid plans.

The setup and rollout were very easily set up and executed, which I appreciate.

The initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes I feel there are too many settings. I'm just a basic user. Just more streamlined settings and not so many buttons on the interface. Since I'm not a power user, I don't really use half of the options that it comes with. This isn't so much of a big negative, just includes lots of features that I don't use.

It makes it possible to have as close to "face to face" conversations with candidates that are in the work force and can't make it to our office. Zoom is a more of a personal conversation than just a phone call when an in person meeting isn't feasible

It's not that I dislike Zoom - I just prefer MS Teams over it.

I was recently able to start a meeting for a client and a candidate and leave the meeting without any issues. I just needed to start it, I didn't need to be there for the whole thing. And that hasn't been possible before - I would have had to have stayed for the whole thing.

It does not really mean I dislike but Google Workplace can sometimes feel overwhelming because of the number of features packed into one platform, especially for new users. What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that the free version only allows up to 100 participants to join a meeting. For some of my small teams, I’d like to have a few more people able to access and join the meeting.

Multiple things can be improved in Zoom Workplace like easier access to Zoom Clips, Zoom Notes, Zoom Calendar and a detailed explanation of usage guidelines in the initial stage itself for beginners. Earlier, it was difficult to set up Zoom Workplace as there were hardly any easy and detailed guidelines, but after one or two meetings, it got easier to use for me.

Probably the strongest branded video conferencing and remote meeting tool since 2020, It works very smoothly and is easy to integrate in various work calendars like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. The Whiteboards has been super useful for our team

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I really dislike how the desktop application works, it has a calendar like my normal work calendar and double notifies me on this and there's glitches where it makes the notification popup and make sounds every 15 seconds unless i mute all notifications on my desktop. Zoom seems to consume a ton of bandwidth and often lags when wifi is a bit weaker or on the go. Also it forces people to have premium membership otherwise you can barely meet with anyone.

Our business has gone from mostly in person to being mostly remote across the country. We do often use meeting tools to collaborate and being able to share screens is endlessly helpful to make sure we can all be on the same page. Zoom also has a control screen future that has been used a lot to help fix issues directly and quickly.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the Zoom interface (we went from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, reluctantly); everything just felt so intuitive. In a world where tech can feel like a constant hurdle, being able to move around so effortlessly felt like a weight off my shoulders. It’s rare to find a platform that actually stays out of your way and lets you just focus on the human connection. And sharing a screen was a blessing disguise compared to other platforms...during the start of the pandemic, Zoom was such an easy integration and use into our workflow. We used it all the time as it was our number one tool for our virtual classes.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

The limit of only 40 minutes for personal accounts. If Zoom could just stretch that limit to  60 minutes, it would make a world of difference. An hour feels like a natural rhythm—it’s enough time to actually catch up, share a laugh, or finish a thought without that looming sense of urgency. It would turn a "transactional" call back into a genuine connection.. But, I get it, if you want more than 40 minutes, the classic nudge toward a paid plan you need to upgrade. 

I’m grateful to have the Business plan through work, I make it a point not to mix business with pleasure. It’s a matter of principle for me; It’s important to me to stay ethical and keep those lines clear, even when no one is looking. So, yeah, I would have liked the limit to  60 minutes.

It requires frequent logins sometimes, which causes inconvenience for some. Some features are weak in the free version, such as the limited meeting time (40 minutes). It may experience slow or interrupted connections if the network is weak.

Overall, the application is excellent but not without flaws.

Flexibility in time management allows meetings to be held at any time convenient for both parties.

What I appreciate most are the screen sharing feature and the generous free plan. The collaborative whiteboard is also quite useful, especially when working on group projects. I find it straightforward to use both on my laptop and through the app, with no noticeable difference in ease of use. I rely on it at least once a week. I have never needed to contact customer support, as I have not encountered any issues. Setting it up is very simple, and I have connected my Google account so meetings are automatically saved to my Google Calendar. In my experience, it works better for me than Microsoft Teams.

Previously, I struggled to locate my recorded meetings, but after the platform was updated, I haven't experienced any problems since.

I really like Zoom Workplace because it makes meetings easy and reliable. I use it all the time at my company, and it helps me stay organized. I also appreciate a lot the high security that Zoom has in place, it makes all of us work better without the need to worry about that. Another great hin is the helpful interface which makes everything easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?**

I don’t really have a downside, but if I had to mention one, it would be that when we need to merge an interpreter, sometimes they can’t unmute themselves and we struggle a bit with that. Apart from that, I think everything works just fine.

It helps streamline communication between our departments and our clients. It also allows us to conduct interviews more easily by simply sharing a link, and we can add anyone we might need right in the middle of a meeting.

We have option to generate caption, subtitles, using AI. We can also generate meeting info and meeting notes or MOM after meeting using AI tool available in Zoom app. Furthermore, we have a lot of new features available there which are useful for creating notes, schedule invites and events, easy to add and remove and create notes, etc. Can easily integrate a lot of apps like Gmail, Calendar, Note-taking apps, etc.

There should be a highly efficient solution for removing background and sound disturbances during calls.

I purchased the translation service so that I can hold international Zoom meetings and while I am speaking in English, the viewers/guests have an opportunity to read my presentation in their own language. The service was only $50/year, so well worth adding to my Pro account.

I believe my previous comment regarding the admin removing someone, but still wanting them to be able to attend future meetings has been corrected.
