
The platform is robust and gives us the ability to track appointments and financial metrics in a way we weren't able to do using our old systems. I had excellent hands-on help with the onboarding team who listened to my concerns and walked me through step by step to ensure that we got everything set up the way we wanted before our go-live date. A special shout out to Puru who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me when I had questions or needed to make changes. I'm not sure we could have gotten across the finish line without his help! ..and he's still helping me learn more about some of the other features I haven't mastered yet. I was surprised how many SMS credits we went through in the first week (we exhausted all 1000 included in our plan). These credits are expensive and the additional cost we are incurring is substantial. The sales -person made it seem like 1000 was plenty per month...it's not even close. Paying for these credits alone could double the monthly fee we pay for the program.
I think Zenoti University could be improved. There are so many lessons that it becomes difficult to remember which lesson talked about a particular module or work flow that I need to review. It would be nice to have a directory or the ability to search for a specific instruction within a particular video without having to open multiple lessons before finding the right spot in the right lesson.

We utilize forms-on-the-fly quite a bit for lab reviews and lab requests. These forms are completed by a practitioner, then need to be emailed to the patient. Going thought the steps of opening and saving to a pdf take too much time.It would be nice to be able to email specific forms (both filled or not filled) directly from the expanded appointment on the forms tab or the patient profile. Currently only unfilled forms can be emailed and selecting the "email" icon sends all enabled service forms, not just the one next to the icon you select.
It would be nice to have the ability to send emails from Hyper Connect.
