Zenoti offers great value for the money. We are paying nearly the same as our previous software while gaining significantly more features, including AI integrations that can help support business growth. Appointment management and online booking have also been easy to use. The customer support has been excellent. Jeremiah was extremely helpful throughout the entire transition, making sure all of our questions were answered and everything was set up correctly. He has also continued to provide great support even after we went live.

What I like best about Zenoti is how powerful yet intuitive the system is. It offers a tremendous amount of functionality and customization, but it is still relatively easy to navigate and learn. I especially appreciate that when we have a question, we can usually find the answer through keyword searches or the AI chatbot, which makes it much easier for our team to learn the system without always having to contact support. I also really like how many of the features work together within one system. As we continue learning Zenoti, we're finding more ways to use its functionality to improve our operations, guest experience, and overall efficiency.

Working with the Zenoti team has been a breath of fresh air! From the initial EMR review with Jennifer and Omer to working with Trivia, Femi, Vamsi, Yash, Anurag, and everyone else who was hands-on during the implementation process, everything has been wonderful. As with any new central operating system, the implementation process was not without challenges (mostly on our end), but the Zenoti team was always there to answer any questions we had. The weekly check-ins allowed our team to stay on track with the ongoing changes to our system and helped to clear up any confusion. Additionally, there is ample training on how to use the system at all levels of any organization. We are now a little over 2 months past our go-live date and are really feeling the benefits from the change. I cannot thank the Zenoti team enough! We are so excited to see how Zenoti continues to provide benefit and unlock our practice's full potential in the future.
