What do you like best about Zenoti?

The many, many features. It has taken me weeks to feel like I understand it because there is so much complexity to the system. This can be good or back, but as long as you plan on a learning period, it is really slick. There are all the reports you'd ever need, the help team is incredible, the AI bot is so helpful in pulling information out when needed. This has been a great improvement from our previous system. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

"Absolutely Worth The Switch"
What do you like best about Zenoti?

We have loved that it is completely customizable. It is very feature heavy, and considerations have been given to almost every scenario due to the multiple clients on the platform and time in business. Much has already been thought through and there are solutions for 99% of what I needed in my business.

I love the way we can categorize services into primary & secondary types for public display on our booking link. This helps new and existing clients find our services with ease.

There are some pretty simple things that they offer that I didn't get with my old platform that I am loving. Electronic & redeemable gift cards online. A referral program with each client having an auto-generated unique code to share. Prompting for tips on select services with a provider but withholding on others. Multiple & automated waivers/forms based on appointment type. etc. Like I mentioned, these are all pretty standard but were features that were missing on my old platform.

The migration of all my data, including payment tokens, forms, etc. was pretty impressive also. We have a ton of data, and I believe we will get it all to transfer. Having a dedicated account manager and migration specialist was crucial and they did a great job for us! Thanks Cami & Rakshith!

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

At first, the quantity of features was a bit overwhelming. There are just so many things you can do and it’s easy to get lost in the sauce early on. That slowly resolves itself overtime and becomes more of a perk than a hinderance.

I also wish that they had a direct phone line for their support team. Maybe they do but so far I have been chatting through the AI bot, then if I don't find an answer, it will give an option to connect to an agent, but it usually isn't very fast that someone connects. Once they do, they have been helpful with screenshots and have even sent links for a video call when needed.

Absolutely worth the switch. We opted for a full migration package, and the team was super helpful. There is no way I would be doing all of this myself. Our staff is enjoying the platform and learning as we go! Some quirks here and there but there has yet to be a platform that handles our offerings as cohesively as Zenoti. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Offers more features that are useful when booking that our previous software did not offer. Strong analytics and customizable reports. Online booking is much smoother as well for the guest. Our implementation team has been great to schedule daily calls with since going live to address any concerns or tweak our settings to work better with our needs. What do you dislike about Zenoti?

It's taking a bit to learn all the features b/c there are so many! Couples and group appointments are different than what we are used to and is taking time adjusting to learning the new booking and taking payment procedure for these specific appointments. Also wish it was an option to show the time of the appointment on the actual appointment without hovering over it. What do you like best about Zenoti?

Sanal and Jesse were always available during the transition to jump on a call. Jesse is actually a business owner of a Barbershop which made it easy when talking barbershop lingo. Sanal was very patient with me and was great at setting everything up correctly.

The software is allowing me to introduce Memberships to my customers across both locations and now I have a great app for my customers to download. There is so much to learn but definitely the right software to grow my business.

What do you like best about Zenoti?

Zenoti's forward thinking and focus on the emerging AI offerings are what made me switch. We also wanted to centralize and simplify all of our programs into one system. Our old software was powerful and honestly, really good. However any additional services like tips, payroll, and marketing was in a different add on program and it was getting too messy to administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

Zenoti has a lot of really great features that our old software didn't handle as well. It also could use a few upgrades. for example, when navigating away from the home page to open the schedule, the schedule needs to open in a new tab. Many time I need to toggle back and forth between the appointment book and reference a report or some other piece of information and I can't because it closes out one page to open another. I have started to have two web pages with Zenoti running concurrently to be able to compare data on the appointment screen with anything other data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenoti?

Dealing with customer support can be a frustrating experience. The AI chat often provides incorrect or irrelevant information, and when we do connect with a live support representative, the situation doesn't improve much. Whether it's via email or during a Zoom meeting, we find ourselves constantly repeating the same issues. Each time, it feels like we're starting from scratch—spending valuable time re-explaining the problem because the new support person isn’t up to speed. There appears to be a serious lack of internal communication and note-taking within the support team, which leads to wasted time and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. Their team is always available to answer any questions that we may have, and they implement weekly meetings after go live to help us with any questions that we might have.
