## Wrike Reviews
 ### 1. Do thing the Wrike way the first time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. It does everything we need—and more. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, which made onboarding easy and efficient. I especially appreciate how customizable the workspace is, allowing us to tailor projects, workflows, and dashboards to fit our exact needs. Wrike brings structure to our planning process without feeling rigid, and its collaborative features help keep everyone aligned and accountable. Whether it's managing day-to-day tasks or big-picture initiatives, Wrike makes it easy to stay organized and on track.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike is a powerful tool, there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to unlocking its full potential. Some of the advanced features and customization options can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with project management tools. Additionally, occasional system lags or slower load times—especially when working with large projects or lots of subtasks—can interrupt the workflow. Lastly, pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or organizations, particularly if you need access to premium features. That said, once you're up and running, it’s a solid investment.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us solve the problem of scattered communication, unclear responsibilities, and lack of visibility across projects. Before Wrike, we were juggling emails, spreadsheets, and endless meetings just to stay aligned. Now, everything lives in one place—tasks, timelines, files, and updates—which saves us time and reduces confusion.

Wrike also helps us manage priorities effectively. With custom dashboards, we can quickly see who’s working on what and where things stand. This has improved accountability, team collaboration, and overall productivity. It's especially helpful for managing multiple deadlines and keeping projects on track—no more missed details or forgotten tasks. The time we used to spend chasing down updates or clarifying deliverables is now spent actually getting work done.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful and encouraging review. It truly means a lot to hear how Wrike has made a difference for your team—not just in helping you stay organized, but in bringing clarity, accountability, and real momentum to your work.

We know how overwhelming things can feel when communication is scattered and responsibilities aren’t clear, so it’s incredibly rewarding to know that Wrike has helped create a more structured and collaborative environment for you. The way you described reclaiming time and focus—shifting from chasing updates to actually getting work done—is exactly the kind of impact we hope to deliver.

We also appreciate your honesty about the learning curve and performance feedback. We’re always working to improve usability and optimize performance, especially for large, complex projects. Your insight helps guide that continued progress.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community. We’re grateful to support your team and look forward to helping you do even more.

 ### 2. Wrike is a game changer for project management teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristie C. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The flexibility to use tasks and projects and customize objects has been a game changer. We also started using Wrike to track agency-wide OKRs this year and the templates Wrike had on hand were a life-saver. The Wrike video trainings are also super helpful and a surefire way to get admins and users up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The costs are a bit high, although I understand it's a competative space. I also wish integration were way easier and not an additioinal cost for so many one-off app integrations. We end up using Zappier where we can because of costs and our tech stack. But it'd be nice if it wasn't so much effort (in both time and money) to get things to just talk with Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike serves as the source of truth for project budgets, status, and client sentiment. Our Marketing team has also integrated it into their workflows to ensure agency projects also get the same level of management aas our client products.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find the flexibility, templates, and video trainings valuable for your project management needs. We understand your concerns about the costs and integrations, and we appreciate your feedback.

We continuously strive to enhance our platform and make it more user-friendly. I'd love to connect with you to discuss your specific integration needs further and see how we can assist you. Please feel free to reach out to our support team, and we'll work on finding solutions to streamline your processes. Thank you for choosing Wrike to be your source of truth for project management - we're here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 3. Wrike Review: Organized and Powerful, but Not Without Flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a solid project management tool that’s helped me stay organized across tasks, inventory, and team collaboration. I really like how customizable it is—workflows, dashboards, and task views can all be tailored to fit different needs. Task tracking is clear, and the ability to assign, comment, and attach files keeps communication organized.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike isn’t the most beginner-friendly. The interface can feel cluttered, and there’s a learning curve, especially for new users. The mobile app is helpful for quick updates, but it’s limited compared to the desktop version. Performance can also slow down a bit when handling large projects.

Overall, it’s a powerful tool best suited for teams who need structure and detail, but it does require some time to get used to.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the problem of task visibility and organization across multiple projects and teams. It centralizes all tasks, deadlines, and communications in one place, which reduces confusion and keeps everyone aligned. For me, it makes tracking progress easier, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and helps prioritize work more effectively. It’s also helpful for keeping inventory records and event planning tasks organized, saving time and improving overall efficiency.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and insightful review. It’s wonderful to hear that Wrike has helped you stay organized across so many moving parts—from task management and team collaboration to inventory tracking and event planning. We’re especially glad to know that the customization options and centralized communication features are supporting your workflows effectively.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and interface. While Wrike is designed to offer depth and flexibility, we understand that can feel like a lot at first—especially for new users. We’re continually working on ways to make the platform more intuitive and accessible, and your input helps us shape those improvements.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community. We're grateful to support your work and hope Wrike continues to be a helpful partner as your projects evolve.

 ### 4. Great experience, with one wish.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kinsey W. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love that Wrike has an extensive customization list for notifications. I receive them via email and in my notifications within the program itself. I have a seat within our larger university Wrike account and have benefitted greatly from being in the system itself and not just receiving emails like most people interacting with our creative team. It was a bit complicated to get used to how the system operates, but I feel like I know my way around pretty well now! I use Wrike daily to follow ticket requests I submitted to our central team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

As someone with a seat in Wrike and not a programmed space like our central marketing team, I find it hard to see the tickets I am tagged in. I have only been able to find them through searching keywords within my ticket, or if I dig through my many notifications. I wish there was a way for me to create my own space, where every ticket I am tagged in (not just ones I submit) pop up. If this exists, I'd love help figuring that out! I have 'googled' a few times and been unable to find a solution. I am guessing it has something to do with me not being the owner.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is my entire ticketing system. I am the liaison in our department for all marketing tickets, so I am in it frequently.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s customizable notifications and integrated system have made it easier for you to manage and follow your ticket requests. It’s great to know that Wrike is supporting your role as a liaison for your department’s marketing needs.

We appreciate your feedback about finding tickets you’re tagged in, especially when you’re not the ticket owner. This is a common challenge, and you’re not alone in wishing for a more centralized way to view all tickets where you’re mentioned or assigned. While Wrike does offer some options—like using filters in the “Inbox,” “My Work,” or creating custom dashboards—these features can sometimes be tricky to set up, especially if you don’t have admin permissions.

If you’d like, we can provide step-by-step guidance on setting up a dashboard or report to automatically display all tickets where you’re tagged, regardless of ownership. This can help you keep everything in one place and save time searching. Please let us know if you’d like more detailed instructions or support!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being an active Wrike user. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the platform for everyone!

 ### 5. Wrike Could Run Your Entire Company if You Let it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy H. | Regulatory Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What really helps Wrike stand out as a product is its ability to integrate so seamlessly with other programs and resources. The ability to use Wrike as a project tracker, a calendar, a resource repository, and a department tracker truly allows for Wrike to serve a company in multiple facets, allowing for easy every day use to accomplish the goals of a team and a company.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There's not a lot to dislike. While general usage of Wrike is pretty straightforward, I would say that it is a fairly steep learning curve to truly unlock the full potential of the program to be able to have it as integrated and functionally useful as possible. It's not necessarily a negative, just something to keep in mind. You will need to become a true expert to utilize Wrike to the fullest.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps our team track all current and upcoming projects and long-term initiatives, allowing us to collaborate on projects without having to dedicate time and man hours to meetings and project summaries as we go along. It is also incredibly helpful in distributing work to the people who need it, and allows our team to create strong timelines and workload measurements.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your fantastic and insightful review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike’s seamless integrations and multifunctional capabilities are helping your team manage projects, track resources, and collaborate efficiently across your company. It’s wonderful to know that Wrike is supporting your daily operations and making it easier to accomplish your team’s goals.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve involved in unlocking Wrike’s full potential. You’re absolutely right—while the basics are straightforward, there’s a lot of depth for those who want to take full advantage of everything Wrike offers. We’re always working to make advanced features more accessible, and we offer a variety of training resources, tutorials, and support to help users become Wrike experts.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing how it benefits your team. If you ever need tips, best practices, or additional training to help you or your colleagues get even more out of Wrike, please let us know—we’re here to help you succeed!

 ### 6. Even for a novice, Wrike makes it easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah S. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

As a marketing manager, my team heavily relies upon Wrike blueprints, which we utilize for any type of campaign, be it CRM, organic social, or paid media campaigns. Blueprints are essential to our marketing ream, and Wrike's tools for collaboration are the standout of the platform. Each member of the team is able to work efficiently on their individual tasks without complication. Wrike is the number one tool for visibility among our entire department. We're able to get a complete worldview of each other's responsibilities, and trust that every member of the team has what they need to get the job done well.

I mainly utilize the to-do list and inbox features in Wrike to keep on top of current projects and communications. It would be amazing to see an integration of Wrike and Google Suite, where we can receive updates on projects through not only email, but Google Chat.

We recently began utilizing Wrike's time tracking capabilities, which has allowed us to streamline tasks and appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes in to a single project. I personally oversee time tracking management for our entire marketing and creative team, and Wrike's reporting makes it easy to roll up time against any project, department, and segment of our business. I love being able to send an automated report directly to my inbox each week.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a learning curve to getting the most out of Wrike. At our company, we call the elite Wrike users with wells of knowledge our "Wrike wizards". It would be great to have more resources from Wrike's side on how to maximize one's personal workspace for efficiency.

I would also appreciate email updates about Wrike's newest features.

For some reason, I've also found that Wrike encounters bugs when loading in different browsers across my different setups. Could be a user error.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently began time tracking across departments, perhaps a year ago Wrike's time tracking tools make it easy to view team member's time and effort on projects over any span of time. It's been extremely beneficial to use Wrike to accomplish this compared to other methods we have tried, as we can retroactively track time spent on projects before we began this initiative. Wrike has been our source of project management for years, so having access to data before we implemented time tracking efforts has been invaluable.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re truly grateful to hear how Wrike has become an essential part of your marketing team’s workflow, from blueprints and collaboration to time tracking and reporting. It’s wonderful to know that Wrike helps your team work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain full visibility across all campaigns and responsibilities.

We appreciate your suggestions about integrating with Google Suite and providing more resources for maximizing personal workspaces. Your idea of “Wrike wizards” is fantastic, and we love hearing how your team supports each other in getting the most out of the platform. We’re always working to improve our training materials and communication about new features, and your feedback helps us prioritize these efforts.

Thank you as well for mentioning the occasional browser issues—your experience is important to us, and we’re here to help troubleshoot if you ever need support.

We’re honored to be your project management solution and to support your team’s continued success. If you have any more suggestions, questions, or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for being such a valued member of the Wrike community!

 ### 7. Not fully baked

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iole W. | Director, Project Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What's helpful about Wrike is what's helpful about every other PM software; that's not said with snark, but there are no features that stand out from Wrike as a competitive differentiator. It's fine.

It's used every day by the PM team and the production teams.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Features are rolled out without much nod to what Wrike is trying to be when it grows up; for example, we've been using the timesheet feature for almost 3 years and it hasn't changed in any significant way, nor does it present a helpful use case, in that it's not much more useful than a spreadsheet. Visual views are not as helpful as you'd think; Monday has them beat here. It feels like they plussed up the reporting customization so extensively it left your average user behind; in fact, we dropped Pinnacle because we would have had to hire someone to set up a report for us. Not helpful. Wrike is definitely for power users, which doesn't work for us who have creative types and clients going in there every now and then and they are utterly lost.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They keep tasks and projects organized. This is helpful for any project.

 ### 8. A powerful tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toniya T. | UAT Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a robust work management platform. The things I like about wrike are it is highly customisable. It’s a powerful task management tool. It has real time collaboration.

Wrike is a powerful solution for managing complex projects and enhancing team collaboration. If your team needs detailed oversight and you’re willing to invest the time to learn the system, Wrike can be a game-changer. However, smaller teams or those with simpler needs may find it more than they require.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is powerful, but not without drawbacks. Its steep learning curve and cluttered interface can be overwhelming for new users. The platform’s best features are locked behind expensive premium plans, making it less ideal for small teams. Offline access is limited, and the mobile app lacks the functionality of the desktop version. Users may also experience performance issues with large projects and excessive notifications if not carefully managed. While Wrike excels in customization and collaboration, these downsides can impact productivity and user satisfaction—especially for teams that need a simpler, more intuitive project management solution right out of the box.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves problems like disorganized workflows, lack of visibility, and poor team communication. It centralizes tasks, timelines, and collaboration, reducing email overload and missed deadlines. This boosts productivity, ensures accountability, and keeps projects on track. For me, it simplifies project management by offering real-time updates, clear ownership, and customizable views—all in one platform.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for such a thorough and insightful review! It’s clear you’ve really explored what Wrike has to offer, and your feedback captures both the strengths and the challenges of the platform.

I’m glad to hear that Wrike’s flexibility, real-time collaboration, and robust task management have made a positive impact on your team’s ability to handle demanding projects. You’re absolutely right—when you need detailed oversight and are willing to invest the time to learn the system, Wrike can truly be a game-changer. Centralizing tasks, timelines, and communication in one place can make a huge difference in reducing chaos and keeping everyone accountable.

You also raise some important points about the learning curve, the interface being a bit crowded, and the limitations for smaller teams or those on a tighter budget. We know Wrike can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and we’re always working to make the experience more intuitive and accessible—whether that’s through better onboarding, more affordable plans, or improvements to the mobile app and offline access. Your feedback about performance and notification management is especially helpful, and I’ll be sure to pass it along to our product team.

Thank you again for sharing your honest experience and for highlighting both what’s working and where we can do better. If you ever want tips on simplifying your setup, managing notifications, or making Wrike work even better for your team, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you get the most out of the platform!

 ### 9. Solid Project Management Tool with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan P. | Head of Studio, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The visual workflow management in Wrike has been a game-changer for our studio team. Being able to see projects in different views (list, board, Gantt chart) helps everyone on the team interact with the information in ways that work best for them. When we're juggling multiple creative projects with different timelines, this flexibility is invaluable. The customisable dashboards have also proven extremely useful. Their customer support is great and quick to reply

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve is steeper than advertised. It took my team longer than expected to fully adopt the platform, and some of the more powerful features aren't intuitive to access. As they use it very frequently it took some people less time and some longer to adapt.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has fixed several big headaches for our studio team. We used to struggle keeping track of all our creative projects at once, but now everyone can see what's happening in a way that makes sense to them - whether that's lists, boards, or timeline views. I can quickly spot when projects are stuck or team members are swamped, which helps us plan better and be straight with clients about deadlines.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful review!

It’s great to hear that Wrike’s visual workflow options and customizable dashboards have made a real difference for your studio team. Having the flexibility to switch between list, board, and Gantt chart views really does help everyone work in the way that suits them best. And it’s awesome that customer support has been responsive for you—that can make a big difference when you’re getting up to speed.

I totally get what you mean about the learning curve. Wrike does pack in a lot of features, and it’s not always obvious where to find the more advanced tools. One thing that might help is setting up a few short team training sessions or “lunch and learns” focused on specific features your team uses most. Wrike’s Help Center and video tutorials can also be handy for quick tips, and sometimes just bookmarking your most-used dashboards or views can save a lot of time.

If you ever want suggestions for onboarding new team members faster or want to explore ways to make the platform feel more intuitive, let me know—I’m happy to point you to some resources or share best practices from other creative teams.

Thanks again for your feedback and for highlighting both what’s working and where there’s room to grow!

 ### 10. Good for Backlog management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit S. | Product analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We generally use wrike for Backlog management, collaboration and task assigning for projects. The collaboration and task assigning is a good part and we have integrated with jira for better use. Easy to collaborate with team members for assigning tasks and status update. Weekly we organise a team meeting to go over wrike tasks and organise the content and correct status. It was easier for us to implement wrike, earlier we had to manage several excel sheets for this backlog management. Any issue happens, we have Admin from wrike team to get it resolved.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike can do more things, like creating user stories and epics; managing the documents and collaboration for approval and review process. Team should think about new features and see how we can create a ecosystem in the same wrike tool, so people don't switch to Jira.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to use excel sheets to manage the backlogs. Each and every team can add their backlog items and from their itself, can assign the tasks to the users and see the status of it. Project management has become easier as we can collaborate weekly for task management and backlog refining.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing how your team is using Wrike!

It’s great to hear that Wrike has made backlog management and collaboration so much smoother for you, especially compared to juggling multiple Excel sheets. Integrating with Jira sounds like a smart move, and it’s awesome that your team can easily assign tasks, update statuses, and keep everything organized during your weekly meetings. Having quick support from a Wrike admin when issues pop up is definitely a bonus, too.

You bring up a good point about wanting more features, like user stories, epics, and a more robust document approval process. That kind of functionality would really help teams stay within one ecosystem instead of switching between tools. If you haven’t already, you might want to check out Wrike’s Blueprints and custom workflows—they can sometimes be adapted for more agile-style work, though I agree it’s not quite the same as what Jira offers for user stories and epics.

If you have specific ideas for features or improvements, Wrike’s product feedback portal is a great place to share them. The more details you provide, the more likely it is those features will be considered in future updates.

Let me know if you’d like any tips on customizing Wrike for agile workflows or want to brainstorm ways to streamline your process even further!

 ### 11. Effective Review of Wrike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faisal M. | Senior Principle Accounting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Custom Workflows – You can create specific statuses and flows that match your team’s processes.

Real-Time Collaboration – Multiple users can edit tasks, leave comments, and share files easily, keeping everyone aligned.

Dashboards & Reports – Visualizing work with widgets and custom reports helps track progress and identify bottlenecks.

Integration-Friendly – Wrike plays nicely with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and more.

Time Tracking – Built-in timers and manual entry help teams monitor how long tasks actually take.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Cost – For some, especially smaller teams, Wrike can be on the pricier side compared to simpler project management tools.
Notification Overload – If not configured properly, the volume of email or in-app notifications can get excessive.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Scattered Communication & Tasks
Solution: Wrike centralizes everything—tasks, deadlines, files, comments—so you’re not digging through emails or chats to find updates.
Benefit: It saves time and reduces miscommunication.

Problem: Lack of Transparency Across Projects
Solution: Dashboards, Gantt charts, and real-time updates give a clear view of what’s happening, who’s responsible, and what’s falling behind.
Benefit: Better decision-making and fewer dropped balls.

Problem: Manual Progress Tracking
Solution: Automated workflows and status updates streamline task management and reporting.
Benefit: Project managers spend less time chasing updates and more time optimizing workflows.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for such a thorough review!

You’ve highlighted a lot of what makes Wrike stand out—custom workflows, real-time collaboration, and strong integration options really do help teams stay connected and organized. The dashboards and reporting features are especially useful for keeping an eye on progress and spotting any bottlenecks before they become bigger issues. And having built-in time tracking is a big plus for understanding where your team’s effort is going.

Cost is definitely something to consider, especially for smaller teams or those just starting out. If you’re looking to get the most value, it might help to review which features your team uses most and see if a different plan or package fits your needs better. As for notifications, tweaking your settings can make a big difference—setting up custom notification rules or following only the most relevant tasks can help cut down on the noise.

It’s clear Wrike is helping you centralize communication, boost transparency, and automate a lot of the manual tracking that used to take up time. If you ever want tips for fine-tuning your setup or have ideas for features that would make Wrike even better for your team, just let me know!

 ### 12. Reliable Project Management with Strong Collaboration Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I’ve used Wrike mainly for project and task management, and it’s been a solid tool for keeping projects organized. The ability to create task dependencies, set priorities, and track timelines with Gantt charts really helps in managing complex projects. The real-time collaboration, comments, and notifications make it easy to stay aligned with colleagues without endless email chains.
What I like most is the flexibility — dashboards, reports, and custom workflows can be tailored to fit the way a team works. It integrates well with tools like Outlook and MS Teams, which reduces the need to switch platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike is powerful, the number of features can feel overwhelming for new users, and the interface isn’t always intuitive until you get comfortable with it. It also has a steeper learning curve compared to lighter tools like Trello or Asana. Some advanced features require extra configuration, which may take additional time or training. At times, performance can feel a bit slower when working with very large projects or heavy reports.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps my team manage multiple projects at once by centralizing tasks, timelines, and communications in one platform. Before using it, we struggled with scattered updates across email and spreadsheets, which made it hard to track progress and accountability. With Wrike, we can assign clear responsibilities, visualize project timelines with Gantt charts, and quickly see project status through dashboards. This has improved collaboration, reduced missed deadlines, and given leadership better visibility into resource allocation and overall progress.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and for sharing your experience with Wrike. We’re thrilled to hear that our project management and collaboration tools have helped your team stay organized and aligned, especially with features like task dependencies, Gantt charts, and real-time communication. It’s great to know that the flexibility of dashboards, reports, and custom workflows, as well as our integrations with Outlook and MS Teams, have made a positive impact on your workflow.

We appreciate your honesty about the learning curve and the initial complexity for new users. Your insights are valuable, and we are continuously working to make Wrike more intuitive and user-friendly. If you ever need resources or tips to help with onboarding or optimizing advanced features, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you again for being a part of the Wrike community and for helping us improve with your thoughtful feedback!

 ### 15. Effective Project Management for Marketing & CRM Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been an excellent platform for organizing and managing projects across our CRM and Digital Marketing agencies. Its flexibility, customizable views, and task collaboration features have made it far more intuitive than other tools we've tested, such as Basecamp. Adoption was smoother, and the visibility into project progress has greatly improved alignment across teams.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The integration with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is more complex than expected. Configuration and navigation of the integration layers could be more user-friendly. Additionally, while Wrike is powerful, we still need to supplement it with tools like Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA for broader project tracking and financial management.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps us streamline project visibility and accountability across multiple departments. It provides a centralized location to manage project timelines, tasks, and team collaboration. This has reduced miscommunication, improved cross-functional alignment, and allowed us to manage more client work with better consistency and fewer delays.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! It’s fantastic to hear that Wrike has made a real difference for your CRM and Digital Marketing teams, especially when it comes to project organization, collaboration, and overall visibility. We’re always working to make integrations more seamless and user-friendly, so I’ll be sure to pass your comments along to our product team. And you’re right—while Wrike covers a lot of ground, there are still areas like financial management where supplementing with other tools makes sense.

It’s wonderful to know that Wrike has helped reduce miscommunication, improve cross-functional alignment, and boost your team’s ability to manage client work consistently. If you ever want tips on integrations, or if you have more ideas for how Wrike could better support your workflow, please don’t hesitate to reach out. **What do you like best about Wrike?**

It has features that allows you to create reports from backlogs

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It freezes alot, and reports are not accurate, it has a lot of limitations compared to other project management platforms like Clickup.

 ### 19. Great for in house creative teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine R. | Director of Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Write was our go to for our in house creative team to keep projects on task, get feedback in app, and forecast team bandwidth. It's very robust and we quickly became power users.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Just like any project management tool, you do have to really think about how you work and set it up. It's not easy to undo a project or workflow so bringing in a small group to support implementation will save you headaches later.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management and task management were big, but the in app proofing and feedback controls helped us really drive adoption.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing your experience with Wrike. ### 20. Extremely Useful Tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Customer Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love how customizable Wrike is to meet your team's specific project management needs. The reporting tools make it easy to quickly view your projects and their statuses. The platform makes review cycles a breeze with easy, user-friendly collaboration. It is a single source of truth for our team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

With how customizable Wrike is, it sometimes can get complicated when the workspace becomes built out too complex. Some users in my team sometimes have problems with finding their work or how to adjust certain things within their space because Wrike has so many features.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all of our team's projects organized in one place. It helps keep our team's projects on track with allocated tasks for individuals. It also helps lay out our projects on a calendar view so that we can see what is coming in the month and plan accordingly.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your enthusiastic feedback! We're absolutely delighted to hear how Wrike’s customization and reporting tools are helping your team stay organized and on top of projects. It’s fantastic that Wrike serves as a single source of truth and makes collaboration and review cycles so much easier for you. We also appreciate your honest insight about the complexity that can come with customization—it's something we continually strive to simplify so every user can find their way easily. Your team’s success and productivity mean a lot to us, and we’re here to support you as you keep pushing projects forward with confidence and clarity!

 ### 21. Very useful productivity management tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amitesh D. | AV Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Like how there's some element of communication built into the software itself + links to different files that I can directly link - helps with overall use of the app and helps make it frequently used.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a bit of difficulty in implementing the overall processes as there's a big learning curve to begin, and while there are trainings, it becomes hard to get the people to use them, as they're used to a more linear way of doing things.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is ultimately solving the problem of lack of standardization, as it helps me to streamline processes and implement them accurately to specialist teams within my wider agency. The use of forms is very useful here: as the client teams can simply fill in a form with exactly what information we need to brief out the specialist teams.

 ### 22. Well organized and performance enhancing project management software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I think the dashboards havw definitely improved a bit.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Navigation has begun to feel clunky to me the wsy things open on top of other layers of screen.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike keeps everyone on track and visibility for all steps of the process.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that Wrike made for a smooth transition from your previous system and that it’s become an integral part of your daily workflow. It’s great to know that workflow automation and customizable detail levels are helping you stay organized and efficient, and that Wrike integrates well with your team’s processes.

We appreciate your note about sometimes needing to take a few extra steps to find what you need. Customizing your dashboard is a great way to streamline access to your most-used features, and you can also use bookmarks, widgets, and filters to further simplify navigation. If you’d like, I can share some tips or guides on dashboard customization to help you save even more time.

Thank you again for sharing how Wrike is keeping your team on track and providing visibility throughout your processes. If you have any questions or need additional support, please let us know—we’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike!

 ### 23. The Best Tool for Managing Deadlines and Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It is the best tool available in the market now with the features like managing the deadlines, scheduling etc.
These capabilities make the entire process much easier and help ensure that nothing is missed or delayed.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

All the features look great, but sometimes it takes a bit of time to get used to the software. Once you become familiar with it, though, it becomes much easier to use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we miss deadlines when work gets busy, but Wrike helps by sending timely reminders. It’s also very useful during our stand-up meetings, as it allows us to easily track the status of all tickets for e.g bugs. issues.

 ### 24. Intuitive and Easy to Organize

It is relatively intuitive to use and organize

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It is very glitchy and will crash for a long periods of time

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us an overall view of our projects

 ### 25. Good experience so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha S. | PM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

For me the best thing about Wrike is the possibility to organize everything in once, but also to have the possibility to see in differnet views, like the Gantt Chart.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I wish there was like a Blue Print, on the website, that allows us to learn more how to use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to save important notes, and keep theWrike helps us centralize all our important project notes, tasks, and updates in one place. This has improved team collaboration, reduced miscommunication, and made it easier to track progress. The ability to assign responsibilities and set deadlines has made our workflow more structured and efficient.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting how Wrike helps you organize everything in one place! We're glad you find the different views, like the Gantt Chart, helpful for managing your projects and tracking progress.

We’re always looking for ways to make learning Wrike easier. In the meantime, we offer a variety of resources in our Help Center, including guides, tutorials, and best practice templates. Our support team is also here if you ever need personalized assistance.

Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of the Wrike community!

 ### 26. Excellent Task Management and Collaboration, But Lacks Strategy Execution Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shabbir H. | Business Performance & Strategy Manager, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What impresses me most are its strong task management capabilities and the collaborative features it offers. It is easy to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

This is a task management tool, but it does not provide support for complete strategy execution. Additionally, the user interface can at times appear somewhat cluttered and may feel complex, especially for those who are new to the platform.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for monitoring and controlling both projects and annual initiatives. It helps with assigning tasks to coworkers and encourages collaboration.

 ### 27. A fantastic tool for specific project management needs, and continually improves

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna C. | Owner/Creative Artistic Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The design review tool is exactly what our team needed for marketing graphics. The ability to email people outside of the wrike membership team, but who used the request forms. Also grateful for continually improving the functionality and increasing flexibility for Request Forms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We can't also do the same markup on URLs as we do images and PDFs even though we can add URLs as "attachments" -- only if we triple the cost of our membership. Also, I don't care for having to manually change the "Email to Requester" subject line every time.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency of task flow. We are able to easily see the status of any given task along with the entire conversation that was had about the specific task. We were having problems seeing where certain tasks and projects were falling through, and now we know easily.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! It's awesome Wrike has helped streamline your workflow across different departments. It's great to know that you haven't encountered any issues and would recommend Wrike to others. If you ever have any questions or need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. ### 28. Great Product! Clear, Intuitive, and Works Effectively for Global PM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xinran Q. | Manager, Business Intelligence and Data Visualization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

My company tried a few different project management tools including Asana and Monday.com, and we decide to stick to Wrike. I use Wrike daily for project management needs. The UI is straight forward and easy to use and user experience is generally pretty positive. It smooths team collaboration especially across functions and across marketplaces. I especially appreciate the ability to customize additional columns/fields my team needs.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are occasional glitches, for example, not being able to move a task to "Completed" (still shows under active tasks), but I'm able to come up with alternative solutions (force-moving them to a "Graveyard" folder), etc. Overall it's just minor issues. I wish there's more clear and dedicated support though because my main way of troubleshooting is just Google.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management and task assignment across functions and across time zones.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're glad to hear that the UI and customization options have been helpful for your team's project management needs. I wish that Wrike had a more calendar focused view, with meetings that could be scheduled in so we can add up all our hours for the working week.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview of all colleague's work schedules, easy collaborating on tasks between departments using sub-tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

As such, it is difficult to point many issues, but one thing that I can perhaps knitpic, then i would say that sometimes wrike can be difficult for searching for a task or a project you are not tagged in.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a diverse marketing team spread across continents with various languange and technological proficiencies, so we needed a project management tool that helps us track and collaborate on projects. Having a tool that adapts to different workflows and keeps everyone connected, no matter where they are, is a huge advantage.

You make a good point about searching for tasks or projects you’re not tagged in. That can be a bit tricky. One tip is to use advanced search filters or try bookmarking key folders and projects for quicker access. ### 34. Wrike is a Project Management Necessity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Senior Instructional Design Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike allows me to keep all of my assigned courses organized by cohort and other parameters. It allows collaboration between several units in my department who use it simultaneously. I use it every single day in my role and I haven't found a similar product that comes close to comparing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I was bummed when they took the table view away! Other than that, I have zero complaints about Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is allowing me to utilize it as the project manager of my projects. In turn it allows me to have more interaction with my clients and less time worrying about adminstrative tasks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike helps you stay organized and collaborate seamlessly across your department. It’s great to know that Wrike is an essential part of your daily workflow and supports your project management needs.

Regarding your feedback about the Table view, we have good news—Wrike’s Table view is still available and can help you manage your projects in a spreadsheet-like format. If you need any help accessing or customizing it, our support team is always here for you.

We also want to let you know that the List view is being phased out, and we encourage users to explore the enhanced Table and Board views for managing tasks and projects. If you have any questions about these changes or need tips on making the most of the available views, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being a valued member of the Wrike community!

 ### 35. We use Wrike all the time for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike keeps me organized and helps keep my team and I on track. It is very helpful when it comes to completing tasks and when it comes to organizing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Getting the entire team on board to use it can be a challenge

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing in a way that is keeping the entire team involved in the process. Right now we have about six of us using Wrike to bring projects together and complete and it's been super helpful. It also helps me to see what we are behind on, what we are forgetting.

 ### 36. Wrike is a great tool to manage complicated projects and manage expections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie v. | Senior Manager: Account Based Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The ability to set up blueprints for events and campaigns and track progress. There is a number of features like tagging people and integrating into Microsoft that I really appreciate. It is also fairly easy to use when you have training. I have not used customer support because I always find what I am looking for. We frequently use this tool for all campaigns and have never had any issues.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

If you dont use the same template for naming conventions for campaigns it can be tricky to find collateral.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves silo mentality by involving the greater marketing community to collaborate on campaigns and manage them effectively. It helps with time management and managing expectations while giving you peace of mind that you are tracking all activities and workflows effectively.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear that Wrike is helping you manage complex projects and campaigns while keeping your team aligned. We love that blueprints, tagging, and Microsoft integrations are making a difference for you—and that you’ve been able to find everything you need without needing support.

We also appreciate your point about naming conventions. Consistency definitely helps with organization, and your feedback is a good reminder of how critical that can be for collaboration and searchability.

It’s especially rewarding to hear that Wrike is helping break down silos and giving your team more peace of mind around campaign planning. Thanks again for sharing your experience and for making Wrike part of your workflow!

 ### 37. Very Organized and efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha L. | Web Conetnt Graphics Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love how organized the dash boards can be. I can easily see which topics of tasks I need to do, when they are do and how many of each category I have so none of them get over whelming full.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The my to do list is just kind of a list of everything and everything assigned to me. I wish you could filter the my to do list by a range of dates so you could see only your to dos for the upcoming day, week, month and so on.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projects I work on are not getting lost and forgotten about in places like emails. time managment is a huge save I can now see all my projects in one place and have a good idea on how long it will take to do them.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that Wrike's dashboards help you stay organized and on top of your tasks, making project management more efficient and less overwhelming.

We appreciate your feedback about the "My To-Do" list. Great news—you can actually filter your tasks by date using Wrike’s filters! In your "My To-Do" or "My Work" view, try applying filters for due dates to see only the tasks for today, this week, or any custom range. This can help you focus on your most urgent priorities and plan ahead more easily.

If you’d like step-by-step guidance on setting up these filters, our support team is always here to help. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being a part of the Wrike community!

 ### 38. Great tool, provided you have someone to set it up correctly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The subtask feature is very helpful for team members with only one role in completing a task (e.g. copywriter, designer, etc)
The customizable dashboard allows each individual to see what's important to their work
Integration with Teams is great for visibility to tasks/comments.
Ability to update documents within the platform is extremely valuable -- helps save time as well as track changes over time.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Much of the "automation" we believed we would gain had to be set up manually, and, apparently, was a very tedious process. We didn't have proper staff allocated to the initial set up, so as a result, I don't believe we're utilizing Wrike as effectively as we could be.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project tracking, document updates, and communication within the tool helps to keep projects streamlined and easier to follow.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback about Wrike. We’re delighted to hear that real-time collaboration and improved project visibility have made a positive impact on your team. Making it easier to track project status, deadlines, and responsibilities is exactly what we aim for.

We understand that Wrike can feel overwhelming for new users. Your feedback is important, and we’re continually working to make our platform more intuitive. If you ever need guidance or resources to help with onboarding, please let us know—we’re always here to help.

Thank you for being a valued member of the Wrike community!

 ### 39. Wrike at Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alana L. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that Wrike provides one place where all tasks/info/communication/etc. can live. This helps with organization and is also helpful when needing to refer back to something like an old task for info. I love that there's a dashboard option that can be customized, and I recently have taken advantage of this feature to improve my organization and project management. For example, one of my clients has many creative deliverables, and I recently created a view that shows me what status each of those deliverables is in (client review, internal review, compliance, etc.). This has helped cut down on the time it takes me to check on the status of each task because I can see it all in one view vs. needing to check each task.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There are just SO many different things you can do that I often struggle with what the best ways to use some features are. Sometimes it's hard to find past information, but that could just be because I'm not sure where to find it based on how our organization archives things, for example.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps keep all ongoing projects in one platform which benefits me because I don't have to remember everything myself. This also benefits me because I'm able to assign people and tag them into tasks that are important to them/that they need to complete. Wrike also benefits me with a lot of the automatic things that are set up, such as auto-archiving a task/project when it's completed, or sending a reminder that a due date is approaching/has passed.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s centralized platform, customizable dashboards, and automation features are making it easier for you to stay organized and manage your projects efficiently. It’s great to know that having everything in one place helps you quickly check the status of creative deliverables and refer back to important information when needed.

We understand that Wrike’s wide range of features can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to determine the best way to use them for your workflow. Here are a few tips to help you get even more out of Wrike:

Best Practices & Training: Wrike offers a variety of resources, including tutorials, webinars, and a Help Center (https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us), where you can find best practices and tips for using different features. These can help you discover new ways to optimize your setup.

Search & Organization: If you’re having trouble finding past information, try using Wrike’s advanced search and filtering options. You can search by keywords, assignees, dates, or even custom fields to quickly locate archived tasks or projects. Organizing your work with folders, tags, and clear naming conventions can also make information easier to find.

Community & Support: The Wrike Community Forum (https://community.wrike.com/) is a great place to connect with other users, ask questions, and see how others are using Wrike’s sophisticated features in their organizations.

 ### 40. I’ve used a number of other PM tools, Wrike is definitely the most difficult. Not good for creatives

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis B. | Executive Producer of media and entertainment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It’s got some nice features for a cross collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Where do I start… its ease-of-use is pretty poor. Search function is almost unusable. Finding past content inside of Wrike at our company is nearly impossible. Training tutorials nonexistent.

Maybe if you’re a project manager, it’s a nice tool to be able to see everything in a dashboard, but if you are a creative, a writer, a designer trying to report or communicate with a project manager, it is not friendly at all. There had to be a person on our team with expert knowledge to explain stuff to us all the time. Like on-call.

Even she found herself explaining its limitations to us most of the time. It didn’t integrate with almost any other application we used. All of the time tracking is all done and Reich and very manually entered. It felt to me like a coder created Wrike, but not someone who thinks about the user experience. So even if it has a powerful engine sitting behind it, if it’s not beautiful and naturally intuitive, I just dreaded in putting data in Wrike. It feels like a whole other full-time job. The company we have makes us use Wrike or I would’ve ditched it so long ago.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would ask myself that question all the time. It felt like it made simple tasks more difficult. So I’m not sure what to tell you. In other words, it didn’t contribute to solving the problem, it made things more difficult.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that Wrike didn’t meet your expectations, especially in terms of ease of use. We understand how important an intuitive experience is, particularly for creatives, and we appreciate you highlighting areas where we can improve.

Regarding integrations, Wrike does offer a wide range of apps and integrations to streamline workflows. You can explore them here: https://www.wrike.com/apps/. If there are specific tools you’d like to see better integration with, we’d love to hear your input.

Your feedback on search functionality, training resources, and time tracking is valuable, and we’ll share it with our team as we continue refining Wrike. We truly appreciate you using Wrike and sharing your perspective—it helps us improve.

 ### 41. Comprehensive Project Management Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike allows you to list out specific tasks with individual deadlines as part of a larger project. Tasks can be broken down into small pieces that all tie into the larger project and allows for easy monitoring of progress and actions taken.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The one thing that I don't like about Wrike is that all of the category fields for every different kind of task show up in every task. I have asked my manager about this and he believes that it is either not possible to set up sub-sets of categories for different types of tasks or it involves more fees. There are currently 68 categories - the tasks that I work on all require fewer than 10.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows a large team of individuals with different skill sets in different areas (sales people, project managers, digital marketing pros. writers, designers, etc.) collaborate through a single touch point. It allows for quick and easy communication between coworkers and allows for easy monitoring of work in progress on projects.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s task management and progress monitoring features are helping your team break down complex projects and collaborate efficiently across different roles. It’s great to know that having a single platform for communication and project tracking is making your workflow smoother.

Regarding your concern about category fields (custom fields) appearing on every task, Wrike is actually quite customizable in this area. You can control which custom fields appear in specific projects, folders, or spaces by using the “Custom Item Types” and “Field Management” features. This allows you to tailor the fields shown to different types of tasks, so you only see what’s relevant for your workflow. There is no additional fee for simply organizing or limiting custom fields—these are standard features available to most Wrike users, depending on your plan.

Here are a few steps you can try:

Custom Item Types: Create different item types for different workflows, each with its own set of fields.

Field Management: Adjust field visibility at the folder, project, or space level so only the necessary fields show up for each type of work.

Help Resources: For step-by-step instructions, visit the Wrike Help Center: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017916654-Custom-Item-Types

If you’d like personalized guidance on setting this up or want to discuss your specific use case, please let us know! We’re here to help you make Wrike’s sophisticated features work perfectly for your team.

Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued member of the Wrike community!

 ### 42. Great System for Managing Marketing Team and Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart W. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is very easy to use. Once the structure is in place, it is a great tool to help run and track marketing projects and manage the marketing team. I have used both the paid and free versions of Wrike. From using a few other systems on the market I do think Wrike is by far and away the best and most flexible system available. It was easy to integrate the system within the organisations I brought it into. The customer support has also always been very good. The team are both knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Personally, I do feel the pricing structure is very rigid and not great for the smaller business. From my previous experience I have found what's available under certain packages is not very generous. In particularly I found pricing options for charities to be quite limited. I am a firm advocate of Wrike and really like the software, but feel the pricing could be more flexible and better tailored to the customer in question. As you might expect the features that are available in the free version are limited, but would be nice if more where available to use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many marketing projects happening within the business, Wrike has been brilliant at helping to manage and track those projects to ensure they stay on track, remain within budget with the resources available. It has also been a great tool to show how projects have compared against KPIs, as well as helping to manage resources and workload. In the case of when I used Wrike at a Charity it acted as a great tool to ensure a seamless workflow between marketing, fundraising and other key parts of the Charity.

 ### 43. Wrike For project management and staying on tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taiwo A. | Data Governance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The ability to track conversations on a thread, assign task, extend deadlines for tasks when needed and track how long it takes to complete a project. I would say I use it at least once a week

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

could be more user friendly, took me a while to understand how it was used when i first started using it. I am not sure who to contact when i need help honestly or if we have a customer support contact but after I played around in it for a month or two i was able to use it with ease

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

just staying on task and keeping the team up to date on everyone's projects

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad to hear that Wrike is helping you and your team stay on task, keep projects on track, and collaborate more effectively. It’s great to know that features like conversation threads, task assignments, deadline management, and project tracking are making a difference for you.

 ### 44. I have been using wrike for the last 1.5 years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javidan M. | Projects Control and Monitoring - Strategy Department, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has very unique analytical boards and dashboard options as well as possibility to use different types of visual agents for your tasks. Help center gives you always very good support in a short time with follow ups when needed. It is very user friendly. The possibility to use it on mobile, desk, and web versions are priceless. Daily tasks are very easy to follow up so it is a tool that you can use it on a daily basis. Integration with other tools like Jira, Teams etc are very smart. It took no so complex period to implement reporting, monitoring dashboard throughout our company.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Problem comes up if you work with project that has more than 200 tasks analytical reports have some flows that makes it a hustle to customize. Some feature like customized sorting and so on is not well developed. Automation of rules could be more updated in the meaning that it mostly looks like you can put trigger on one condition without updating with several scenarios.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of Visibility & Transparency:

Many teams struggle with tracking work progress, responsibilities, and deadlines. Wrike provides a centralized workspace where all tasks, dependencies, and project statuses are visible in real time.
Inefficient Communication & Collaboration:

Teams often rely on scattered emails, chats, and meetings, leading to misunderstandings and delays. Wrike integrates discussions, comments, and file sharing within tasks, reducing the need for back-and-forth communication.
Difficulty in Prioritization & Workload Balancing:

Without a clear view of workloads, teams risk overloading some members while underutilizing others. Wrike helps with workload management, allowing managers to balance resources effectively.
Manual & Repetitive Workflows:

Teams spend time on redundant tasks like status updates and approvals. Wrike’s automation features reduce manual work by setting up rule-based workflows and approvals.
Disorganized Documentation & Version Control Issues:

Documents get lost in email threads, or different teams work on outdated versions. Wrike centralizes documentation and integrates with storage tools like Google Drive and OneDrive.
Difficulty in Measuring Performance & Success:

Many teams struggle to track KPIs, project progress, and bottlenecks. Wrike’s dashboards and reporting tools provide real-time insights into performance.

 ### 45. Wrike as a project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deanna R. | Production Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike makes it easy to schedule tasks and due dates - our whole team uses it every day and I don' t know how we'd stay on track without it. We have numerous templates set up and they are a tremendous help when opening jobs. Being able to duplicate old jobs and update them is another feature that I use frequently.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

They are doing away with the list view which I use all the time, so I am not happy about that.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have numerous jobs opened at a time. Wrike helps us stay on task and know what is due when based on due dates on each task. It is easy to shift dates as needed and to create reports for the teams within our department.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> It's great to hear that Wrike has been instrumental in helping your team stay on track with numerous jobs and tasks. We're pleased that the platform's flexibility and reporting capabilities have been beneficial for your department. I know list view going away is a painful transition but we hope with time you'll see the benefits of table view.

Using Table view gives you:
-Upgraded custom field management.
-Enhanced project support: Edit project attributes directly from the view.
-Sticky column sorting and width settings (your changes stay in place when you leave and come back to the view).
-Grouping the field's value for easy visualization.
-Adjustable display density.

 ### 46. Wrike helps greatly with organizing tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah-Jane S. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like the layout of my to-do list and the ability to mark tasks in multiple stages of progression so everyone on the team is kept in the loop. I check my dashboard daily and feel comfortable knowing what is on my list and what progress I am making on my tasks.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't have any issue with the way I use Wrike or how I interact with others on the platform.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay in the loop on tasks I am part of even if they are assigned to multiple people including myself. It keeps me on task and aware of everything I need to accomplish for the day or week.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with Wrike!

It’s wonderful to hear that the to-do list layout and task progression features are helping you and your team stay organized and in sync. Checking your dashboard daily and feeling confident about your workload is exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide!

I’m also glad to hear that you haven’t encountered any issues with how you use Wrike or collaborate with others on the platform. That’s fantastic feedback!

It’s great to know that Wrike is helping you stay on top of your tasks, even when you’re working with multiple team members. Keeping everything clear and trackable really does make a difference in productivity and peace of mind.

 ### 47. We’re big fans of Wrike-it keeps our teams aligned, our tasks on track, and our goals within reach.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I could write an essay here about what I like best about Wrike.
1. Centralized project visibility and structure - its the single source of truth for our campaigns and campaign status.
2. Request Forms - probably my favorite feature. Not only are we able to customize for the various types of requests we get, but we can ensure we get all the necessary information before the team begins to work on the request.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

1. We would love to be able to export calendar data easily into PowerPoint slides to use when presenting. We can take screen shots, but its not as nice as what an export would look like.
2. We would love to more easily integrate PowerBI with Wrilke data.
3. Would love a bit more logic building with the request forms - especially adding in the task to redirect to a new page as an action from a follow-up question.
4. Please do not take away the LIST view. It's my favorite and I hate that its going away.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Overcoming Fragmented Project Visibility

2. Reducing Manual Work Through Automation

3. Improving Collaboration Across Roles and Locations

4. Clarifying Roles and Reducing Overlap

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your enthusiastic and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that Wrike has become your single source of truth for campaigns and that features like centralized project visibility and customizable request forms are making such a positive impact for your team. It’s wonderful to know that Wrike is helping you stay aligned, keep tasks on track, and reach your goals more efficiently.

We also really appreciate your thoughtful feedback on areas for improvement. Exporting calendar data to PowerPoint, deeper PowerBI integration, and enhanced logic for request forms are all great suggestions, and I’ll be sure to share them with our product team. Your note about the List view is also heard—thank you for letting us know how important it is to your workflow.

It’s fantastic to see how Wrike is helping you overcome fragmented project visibility, reduce manual work, improve collaboration, and clarify roles across your organization. If you’d like to discuss any of your suggestions further or explore possible workarounds, our support team is always here to help at https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Thank you again for being such a passionate Wrike user and for sharing your experience. If there’s anything else we can do to support you, please let us know!

 ### 48. Well structured and user friendly.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia C. | Client Service Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The platform is easy to use and set up. It allows smooth campaign management with all necessary details and quick tagging of team members. We use it frequently thanks to its helpful features and seamless integration into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It's not possible to reply to a specific message, and when the conversation becomes lengthy, it becomes difficult to identify which message I'm referring to.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike really helps me stay organized when planning marketing campaigns. I can easily track tasks, deadlines, and see the big picture with timelines and dashboards. It keeps all communication, files, and feedback in one place, so nothing gets lost. I also love how it integrates with the tools I already use, and the reports make it simple to track progress and performance.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

It’s great to hear that Wrike fits so well into your workflow and makes campaign management easier for your team. Quick tagging, easy setup, and having everything in one place really do make a difference when you’re juggling a lot of details.

I totally get your point about not being able to reply to specific messages—when conversations get long, it can be tricky to keep track of what’s being discussed. One workaround is to use @mentions and reference the specific task or file you’re talking about, but I agree, a threaded reply feature would make things much clearer. If you haven’t already, you might want to suggest this through Wrike’s feedback portal; it’s a feature a lot of teams would benefit from.

Glad to hear the integrations and reporting are working well for you, too! If you ever want tips for organizing conversations or making the most of Wrike’s features, just let me know. Thanks again for your feedback!

 ### 49. Helps collaborative work, but lacks some critical features.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime H. | Director Regulatory Affairs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It's a very good tool for cross-functional work because it supports collaboration, task tracking, and reporting across teams. It is greatest flexible so users can customize dashboards, workflows, and task views to match how their teams work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike is not as intuitive as other platforms and does not offer ways to build a lightweight database or visually organize data using grids.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have always had problems managing cross-functional collaboration. Wrike centralizes tasks, files, and conversations in one place, reducing the need for scattered emails and meetings. Along with a lack of cross-functional collaboration is a lack of insight into deadlines, prioritization. We use Wrike to manage workflows, task dependencies, and deadline alerts. Teams are more able to stay on schedule and focus on the right priorities.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike is supporting your cross-functional collaboration and helping your teams stay organized, manage workflows, and keep track of priorities and deadlines. It’s great to know that customizable dashboards and workflows are making a positive impact on your team’s productivity.

We appreciate your honest comments about the platform’s intuitiveness and the need for features like lightweight databases or grid-based data organization. Your suggestions are valuable, and we’ll share them with our product team as we continue to enhance Wrike’s flexibility and usability.

If you have any additional feedback or would like tips on optimizing your current setup, please let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

 ### 50. Great Project Management Tool for Teams, Takes Time to Master

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve I. | Enterprise Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike simplifies complex project management with customizable tasks, real-time updates, and strong collaboration tools. Dashboards and reports offer great visibility, and integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and Teams help streamline work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike has a steep learning curve, and the interface can be confusing at first. Some features, like advanced reporting, are only available on premium plans. Customer support could also be faster for urgent issues.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps centralize project planning and execution, reducing reliance on scattered tools like spreadsheets and emails. It improves cross-team visibility, streamlines task tracking, and helps us deliver projects on time with fewer blockers.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review!
