"Frontline Absence Management Makes Tracking Employee Absences Easy"

What do you like best about Frontline Education?

What do you dislike about Frontline Education?

We have been using the Absence Management portion of Frontline for a few years now and have not really experienced a down side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frontline Education solving and how is that benefiting you?

The approval process for tracking employee absences is very smooth with Frontline Absence Management. Our district has transitioned from using paper timesheets to a user-friendly interface that efficiently records different types of employee absences. The workflow allows supervisors and administrative assistants responsible for department or school absences to easily approve and document anticipated absences. What do you like best about Frontline Education?

I like how it is easy to use (very intuitive) and how it keeps track of everything, not just from this year, but from previous ones. It allows you to check back in time if you need to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontline Education?

I wish there were more characters allowed in the boxes when you want to type in information as far as what the reason is that you want to take off time. Sometimes it's a little complicated (like jury duty, which you might have, if you're called, and you're trying to explain that and then you're cut off) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Frontline Education:

I would recommend it, overall. I especially like having my timesheet digitally saved rather than having it on paper, as it was in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Frontline Education solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Frontline for a variety of recording keeping, from time logging to sensitive student data. Frontline typically responds to issues the same day and has limited downtime. The interfaces are all easy enough to use, though I will a few menus were more intuitive. It's helpful that they have a suite of products so we can centralize our data. What do you like best about Frontline Education?

What do you like best about Frontline Education?

It is easy to use and works on mobile devices, desktops, and laptops. It is secure and has a fingerprint option for kiosk devices. For clock-in, it allows the district to set it up so that employees must be on-site to clock in even when using the mobile app. However, absences can be created offsite and it is easy to do. As a public school teacher, there are times when I need coverage for a day or two while I recover and get healthy to return to the classroom. Being sick is headache enough? Frontline makes putting in for a substitute teacher a breeze so I can get back to taking care of myself and my occasional sneeze.
