WPForms has a great user interface and a free (limited) version. This makes it a great solution for small brochure-style websites for our clients that do not require larger, more complex projects. It is easy to use, flexible and works great with their SMTP plugin to provide great email deliverability. Community support is great too. I don't know about their paid support as I have yet to use it, but I assume it would be good. They are a company with a solid reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price. The website offers a discount, but after that, the price is nearly double the "leading" form plugin. It is also not as easy to implement custom solutions, however, I do believe that they now offer webhooks, which would make it much easier. It is not supported as much by third parties as some of the other form plugins, but that is of no fault of their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how affordable all of the WP Forms products are. A yearly subscription is awesome, and you get so much out of the Pro plan that its kind of nuts! All the integrations with other services is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing about WPForms that might be a little turn off is its pricing. The lower tier plans do not offer much and in case you don't own multiple sites then upper tier plans can be costly.
