What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

The best thing about vs code is freeware and it's available for most of the O/S. It has lots of different themes and supports many extensions that make our tasks easy. It is simple to use and easy to debug the code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is tricky to use for the new user for environment setup and sometimes extension works wried (I know extensions are 3RD party). What I hate most is that It consumes more memory. It also lags sometimes other than It is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customisations and extensions is what I like the most and love the default dark theme. Also the support for many languages if really cool. Also, it is open-source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, it takes more memory due to the higher number of extensions installed. Have to remove some incase if I have this issue. Microsoft language extensions are available for many languages but needs some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
