**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Vevox has been a fantastic tool for our Annual Meeting! The platform is incredibly easy to use for both operators and participants, making it simple to engage our audience. Setting up polls and Q&A sessions was a breeze, and everyone could navigate it without any issues. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding—responsive and supportive whenever we needed assistance. I highly recommend Vevox for anyone looking to enhance their interactive experiences!

There was nothing that I disliked about Vevox.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

i liked that it keeps anonymity from others and lets people share their true feedback. The app interface is very easy to understand and user friendly. It has led us to take more mutually agreed decisions within our team with its live polling and Q&A features. Conducting surveys every now and then has led to more exposure within the organisation. additionally, it automatically analyzes results and generates instant reports.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

the thing i liked the least would be its integration with microsoft teams. Since setting up meeting sessions requires you to switch between dashboards repeatedly to use all the features effectively.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great engagment tool for firms which want to enhance interactivity during meetings and gather mindful opinions. people are more likely to share false fellings towards something due to their identity being visible to everyone  but this software solves this problem. It keeps participants identities hidden making people more inclined towards sharing their honest opinions.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

It's so easy! Easy to set up, easy for the participants to interact. It's one of the few products that instantly makes sense.
In the unlikely event you do get stuck the customer support is excellent. I reached out and spoke to a very knowledgable chap called Lewis who patiently took me through the product features and helped me to visualise how Vevox would work for me.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Vevox itself is beautifully polished... but it's only ever going to be as good as the wifi

if you need reliable and easily accessible software to organize and hold your business meetings, this is the perfect one for you, Vevox will provide you with an optimal system so that you can meet without any type of interruption, it offers you the possibility of connecting it with a wide variety of communication programs and applications, where you can perform different types of surveys to collect all the information you need.

it is a software that should improve the speed of some of its creation functions, for some users it can be a little long waiting time to load.

with Vevox my company found a software that allows us to stay connected at all times, share our ideas and make fun and purposeful surveys, now we can positively influence our colleagues thanks to the visibility that Vevox provides us.

Throught Vevox we serve our clients in a comfortable and effective way for budget and quote information, it allows us to present our variety of services, showing our catalog prepared in Power Point, so our clients can directly observe our different design options and we adapt better to the client's wishes. We have a simple selection section where our clients choose color, style and design preferences easily and quickly with the surveys offered by Vevox

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

We would greatly appreciate it if you allow text + image to be included in survey responses, it would be much more comfortable for us and our clients.

We can justify and explain the budget we give to our clients thank to the exposure of images and characteristics that we show in the meeting with the dynamics tools that Vevox offer.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

We love the customization & 'live results' features of Vevox; these have been fun & engaging in our Sunday services and have really allowed the congregation to contribute in an active way during the message (ie: through polls, surveys, etc); we often incorporate the survey & poll information into the sermon. The platform is also extremely easy to use for Q&A sessions; people love being able to 'rate' questions in terms of priority, etc. The over-all set-up is so easy; customizable graphics to coordinate with a specific event's theme is another bonus. Also love the ability to save previous polls, surveys, etc, to use again.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Not being able to have 2 surveys or polls running at the same time was a bit problematic but it might be the minimum plan we are signed up for. This was also an easy work-around.

Vevox has been a huge asset for determining 'church health' metrics through surveys & polls; it has also created a fun element in Sunday sermons that has fostered created crowd engagement.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

I teach large cohorts of up to 475 students and vevox allows me to build in interactivity in a way that wouldn't be practical otherwise. I enjoy being able to pose picture questions, multiple choice and word clouds. I also like how it allows me to share student contributions on the screen without students' names, so they feel confident sharing written work in big groups.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

It would be useful if there was a way to re-use questions, so that the same questions could be used with multiple groups.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vevox gives me more time in lectures because I can collect feedback in a much more efficient way.

it is the most interactive and useful survey solution on the market, with it you can conduct surveys in real time that will allow you to get information and feedback from all your employees, it offers a wide selection of templates and options to make your surveys the most interesting and striking, its platform is quick and easy to access where you will have the power to manage without any setback the development of all your activities.

I wish they offered better discounts and benefits for referrals, I think it would be great for their users.

now that my company uses Vevox, we conduct numerous surveys every week to evaluate the performance of all our employees and adjust our plans to their recommendations and opinions about our work processes.

I am using it for last 2 years and I like it mostly because it's helping me with all necessary features that's good for a professional like me. My most favorite part of this tool is, when I am conducting a session, users can vote anonymously which helped me to stay unbiased about them.

Till now, it's offering me a very helpful features and good using experience. So, I can't find any for now.

the cost of their plans and services may be high for new members, they should implement new offers and loyalty programs.

It is a software that breaks the established by successfully combining social interaction and learning at the same time, it eliminates any types of limitation to capture all your ideas, you will be able to create content aimed solely and exclusively to the training and education of your work team, using reliable and fun research and learning methods such as brainstorming, surveys and easily customizable questionnaires.

I think it is necessary to incorporate new plans and services that offer greater integration with artificial intelligence.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

Being in touch with the health and fitness line I have so many clients which need proper guideance and thier proper routine during the day. Vevox help to be in touch with them everytime. I have nothing to worry as I can open it in my android device , It also increase my number of usage of this applicaiton . It also creates to help a table during the live event to make them understand about thier routine. They can easily implement the instructions which I have left them in a chat of the room connect of Q & A . I can easily read  thier queries even if i got disconnected during the network issue and get connected at the same point where I got left during the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

There is nothing which I can calculate as a disadvantage of the vevox. since I have already used it multiple times for connecting and answering to the queries of my clients.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very important for the company to properlyge the feedback of the clients or the user of the application so that we can know how we can get more interesting feature in our application which increased our users. The feedback can be calculated through onlly survey. In this Vevox plays very important rule as we just need to create survey link rest the result is clearly visible as per different options available in the survey . It also gives us the clear picture by shwoing percentage voting of the users against likes of the application.

What I like about Vevox is the interactive features I can Guage the audience understanding gather their opinions and even take polls to steer the discussion in a more relevant direction
This has made my presentations much more dynamic and hepful

What I dislike about Vevox is that while the majority of my audiences have quickly adapted to using Vevox there have been a few participants who struggled with navigating the platform especially those who are less tech-savvy

As a presenter am using Vevox to keep my audiences engaged and actively participating insteadt of just passively listening I'm able to get real-time feedback and insights by easily integrating polls surveys and Q&A sessions into my presentations

First of all, Vevox is really user friendly. You can be a first timer like me, but still make a project that everyone will be amazed with. Second, the high level customer service will make your experience even easier and more enjoyable than it could be! Third, even the free plan allows you to create a presentable project in which up to 150 persons could participate, which, let me admit, allows greater opportunities than any of its competitors. But I would still recommend upscaling your plan to have greater creative freedom!

My favorite thing about Vevox is how well it accommodates running polls, Q&A, and surveys without interrupting presentations. It creates the feeling as if every person in the room or a virtual room could have their say. Also, the question sanction option, where attendees’ feedback is anonymous, results in more honest comments and responses from the audience members.

The only dislike in this case is that I find the reporting interface there quite overcomplicated. More user-friendly analytics tools could make the process of going through the collected feedback smoother.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

We use the Q&A feature the most as it is used throughout all lectures in real-time allowing students to ask questions without interrupting the flow of the lecture (we deliver 2-person lectures where one lectures and one manages the Q&A).  We get positive feedback about our module and students comment on how much they like Vevox.  The new feature allowing polls to be integrated directly into PowerPoint slides means that we will be making much more use of polls as we will no longer need to stop and start the lecture slides to deliver a poll.  We also like the fact that Vevox is incredibly easy to learn and implement and can be used almost immediately with hardly any training, there's almost no learning curve. Customer support is excellent with prompt responses including a major improvement implemented as the result of our request that has significantly improved the way that we handle Q&A.  We use it in every single lecture and have done for almost 2 years now.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Nothing, it's an excellent resource, there's nothing significant to dislike. There are a couple of minor update requests that I've submitted (1) the ability to post moderated questions immediately to the published folder without the interim steps of moving it and (2) the ability to share every session with named colleagues without having to manually share each one.  But these are very minor niggles.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of students not understanding a concept in a lecture and then struggling to understand the concepts that follow.  Student get immediate answers.

It’s been a huge improvement in my online classes. The ability to conduct real-time polling and create word clouds has added an extra level of interaction to my classes. In addition to that, it helps me to evaluate my students’ understanding and engagement level.

The user interface if difficult to find at first. Some of my students had trouble knowing where they needed to click and how to join the word cloud, etc. I think Word cloud has to improve in terms of ease of use.

Vevox for me is a great tool with good and easy to use features for audience assessment, surveys, meetings and questionnaries. I also like the interface and the learning curve.

For now it works fine and there are small bugs but I dont take them seriously as long as they dont affect performance.

Vevox is excellent for solving problems with the audience by creating surveys, evaluations, audience responses and makes everything easier and we feel great confidence and flexibility when using Vevox.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

I like its good and easy to use control panel for any participants who wants to join the presentations. We also implement it on both laptos and mobiles. On the other hand, I love creating questionnaries, polls and surverys.

I dont see anything negative. On the contrary, each update is for improvements.

We use Vevox to run online sessions interactively, create polls, audience responses, evaluation, and it is really useful and its quiz features are good too.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

The PowerPoint add-in is my favoutite feature of Vevox. It allows the user to create polling slides that  match rest of a PowerPoint presentation. Backgrounds and fonts can be added to polling and voting slides to match any existing slides you already have.
It is also very simple to get the audience to start using Vevox. Displaying a QR code on screen is a quick and easy way to get the audience right where they need to be to start voting.
I use Vevox mostly at medical conferences.  We ask the audience 3 or 4 questions at the begininng of each presentation. We ask them again at the end to see how much the group's understanding of a subject has improved. For this we use a 'before and after' comparison graph which the event organisor considers a valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

Occasionaly the comaprison graphs default to 'do not display' once they have been edited.

**Recommendations to others considering Vevox:**

The Vevox PowerPoint add-in is an excellent feature. It allows you to add polling and interactive slides to your existing presentation using templates. 
The bandwidth required for a room full of Vevox users isn't that much, but do your research and check your event's room connection strength.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run an audience engagement company where I usually engage audiences with keypads. However, for events abroad, it is very expensive to ship several hundred keypads. So when delegates use Vevox on their own devices, I can save my clients money with shipping costs. Vevox also allows delegates who are watching remotley to interact with a presentation and respond to questions.

It's really easy for audience members to use. There's no sign-up or download so I can get people answering poll questions quickly with little friction.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

I don't like that the only way to do open-ended responses with multiple inputs is to make a word cloud. Sometimes I want people to brainstorm multiple ideas and have it just come out as a list. Also, it's not simple to embed into Powerpoint, and I'm not sure you even can on Mac (you couldn't before, but I haven't checked if that's been implemented).

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy way to keep my audiences engaged and participating without creating such a burden that people opt out. Even non-talkers will respond to Vevox polls.

All they need to do is scan and then they are part of your interactive session! Whilst Vevox's default settings are anonymous, you can choose to make your session identified, which would give you an indication of who is accessing your session. We've seen other users incentivize this before - but will leave the creative ideas of encouraging your team to you!

Vevox has a very clean UI with easy to use and useful features. Users can be engaged through interactive quiz and polls. It's make the service more useful. That's what I like the best.

For those who like to tweak applications and UI, vevox has not much to offer them. Because customization is not possible on a large scale.

I like the functionality, the price point is nice, but far and away the best possible offering from Vevox is the opportunity to get to work with Joe Flanagan. Just thinking about the experience makes me wish we could work with Joe Flanagan, again & again. His friendly and personable nature along with his extensive knowledge of the product put us at ease with the decision to move forward with our purchase with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

It's unfortunate that you use a spoofed - fake phone number when calling inside the US. I understand that this is "industry standard" I don't care, it comes off as a lie and a bit sleezy to be perfectly honest. I wouldn't choose to make the first thing a prospective customer learns about your company is that you willingly lie about your location. It’s a crap look. As far as “industry standard” goes; you shouldn't just do what everyone else in your industry does all the time, be a maverick and lean on the side of honesty and forthright communication. The boom gen is all but gone the rest of us are over the lies and obfuscation, we prefer bold honesty. Do better.

**What do you like best about Vevox?**

We have an amazing support team (Izzy, Joe, and Kyle). There is consistant communication and follow up to ensure our needs are met and everything is working properly. They always have a fast reply with answers to any issues we run into which is extremely comforting as we are planning to use this in front of a large audience. There is nothing I feel that needs improving as we are completely satisfied with the suburb support we are receiving!

**What do you dislike about Vevox?**

We mentioned this to the team and they took note of it. I wish the PowerPoint slides looked similar to the web version of vexox because the web version looks very modern and clean. In addition, we had an event with around 24 people and the open ended questions capped to 16 answers. Im not sure if that same works for the word cloud function but we plan to use that in our large meeting in April.

**What problems is Vevox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of audience members are shy, which Vevox is helping get the feedback we need to spark conversation and discussion to further generate ideas to advance our corporation.
