"CrowdComms Delivers Seamless, Reliable Events with Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

What stands out most about CrowdComms is the relationship with their team. They are consistently responsive, proactive, and supportive at every stage — from the initial booking process, through setup and configuration, to onsite delivery. Their onboarding process is smooth, and having reliable support during live events gives us real confidence, especially when managing complex international events.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is intuitive and easy for both event organisers and attendees to navigate. The backend is flexible without feeling overly complicated, which makes setup efficient even when managing large-scale or multi-session events. The attendee-facing experience is clean, professional, and works well across onsite, hybrid, and virtual formats.

The integrations and flexibility are a huge advantage. The platform adapts well to different event requirements and allows us to tailor the experience depending on whether the event is fully in-person, hybrid, or virtual. Features can be configured to suit different registration flows, engagement tools, and branding needs.

In terms of performance, CrowdComms has been consistently reliable onsite, which is critical for live event delivery. The app and platform perform smoothly even under pressure, which reduces operational stress for our team and creates a seamless experience for attendees.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, the investment is worthwhile because the platform saves significant operational time, reduces manual processes, and delivers a polished, professional event experience that clients notice and value.

We’ve used CrowdComms for three years now, and one of the biggest strengths is their continuous product development. New features and improvements are added regularly showing they actively innovate and respond to changing event industry needs rather than standing still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about CrowdComms. Over the three years we’ve used the platform, it has consistently met our needs and continued to improve with new features and updates.

There have been a few highly specific functionalities we would have liked to see, such as visa letter generation within the registration workflow, but these are niche requirements unique to the type of international events we manage rather than limitations that would affect most users. In these cases, we’ve simply handled those processes externally without any major disruption to our workflow.

Overall, the platform is reliable, flexible, and continuously evolving, so even when we identify very specific feature gaps, we’ve found the team open to feedback and clearly committed to ongoing development. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and genuinely enjoy working with both the platform and the CrowdComms team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CrowdComms Makes Webinars Seamless, Polished, and Easy to Manage"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

We use CrowdComms for our webinars, and it provides a really smooth and professional experience, both for hosts and attendees. The platform feels reliable, easy to use, and well-suited to delivering polished virtual events without complexity.

The technical support is also a real strength. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring, which makes a big difference when running live sessions where everything needs to work seamlessly.

I also appreciate how flexible the platform is, from registration and branding through to audience engagement features. It helps create a more joined-up experience for attendees, while giving us organisers confidence behind the scenes.

Overall, CrowdComms is a great partner. It makes webinars easier to manage and helps deliver a high-quality experience from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Event Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

I really appreciate the great team; everyone is really friendly and helpful. The amount of information we can source online to build and manage systems is fantastic. The on-site teams are always great when it comes to badging. The lead scanning is a great add-on for exhibitors, allowing them to capture leads during events in a simple and effective way. The badging looks great and is really efficient, enabling us to get loads of people through the doors at exhibitions quickly without any holdups. The initial setup was super easy, and the team and knowledge hub were always there to guide us if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

This year at ATCon, we wanted to scan people into the venue and out again when they left and back in again. At the minute, the system is quite difficult to be able to manage that. We created a workaround, but it wasn't ideal, and it involved lots of number crunching after the event. But I believe it is in the pipeline to improve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Event Management with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

I find the CrowdComms app to be very useful for providing a good experience for our delegates by improving the on-site experience, making event information easy to access, and helping with networking. It's also a good tool for quickly registering our delegates and ensuring they have easy access to the app following registration. The user interface is really easy to use compared to other platforms we've used in the past. This ease of use extends to the delegate interface, where we've received good feedback about how easy it is to access information and engage with features like networking functions and the delegate list. The setup process was very easy, and we could do most of it ourselves with minimal involvement from the CrowdComms team, although we had good support from them when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

I think at the moment, the registration function is quite simplistic, and some of our clients require a complex registration solution, which, unfortunately, at the moment, CrowdComms can't support with. I'd like to see some more features introduced that allows more flexibility with invoice payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Event Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

I use CrowdComms to organize and manage virtual events, and I find it to be a great platform for engaging with attendees through interactive sessions and networking features. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, making it quick to set up. The team is fantastic, getting back to me straight away with brilliant support. The live tech support is amazing, and it stands out as a level above anything else we've used in this field. I love the team of people I work with; they are so helpful, knowledgeable, and really help us get the most out of the platform. It's super easy to set up, especially with their knowledge hub that tells you everything and the live chat feature that has been a godsend. Compared to our previous platform, CrowdComms feels much more finished, streamlined, user-friendly, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

I would imagine maybe more to do with sort of integrations, just to be able to integrate it a bit more into the tech stack that we use would be really handy, especially in terms of with our CRM. But with that said, my knowledge isn't great on that. So some of that might already be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Brandable Event Platform with Intuitive UX and Outstanding Account Management"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

What I value most about CrowdComms is the flexibility of the platform. It allows each event to feel completely different through branding opportunities, module selection, and the overall user experience, which is incredibly important when delivering multiple events across a varied portfolio. At the same time, because many of our delegates attend events with us regularly, there’s a familiarity in the functionality and navigation that makes the experience intuitive and user-friendly, rather than feeling like delegates are starting from scratch each time.

The account management side is also excellent. I have regular catch-ups with our Account Manager, James, to review upcoming events, discuss feedback, and explore new ideas or functionality we’d like to see within the platform. What stands out is that feedback genuinely feels listened to, and in many cases, suggestions are considered as part of the wider product roadmap. That collaborative approach makes CrowdComms feel more like a partner than just a supplier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

One area I’d say could still improve is the level of self-service flexibility within certain modules and admin areas. Whilst the platform is very powerful, there are occasionally elements where changes or bespoke functionality still require support from the CrowdComms team rather than being fully configurable by the client side.

That said, the positive is that feedback is always listened to, and the team are proactive in discussing solutions or incorporating ideas into future development plans, which makes it feel like the platform is continuously evolving rather than standing still. "Personable, Proactive Team Building a Platform That Fits Associations"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

The team. A very personable bunch who are always so willing to help. They're making serious strides and are serious about providing a platform that suits associations (including abstracts) and that was important to us. At the start of every year we speak with James about improvements for the year and how we can better our experience and that massively helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

The only slight downside is not having the abstract setup fully built but we'll monitor that this year and see if that develops quickly enough for 2027. We also had a slight issue with the lead capture on our exhibition side in 2025 but again, thats a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable, On-Brand Platform for Professional Digital Events"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

It’s a platform that can be easily tailored to suit a wide range of event types and client needs, whether that’s a simple one-day meeting or a large-scale, multi-day conference.

The level of brand customisation is a real standout, it allows me to create a fully on-brand environment that feels like an extension of client identity, rather than a generic app. This combination of adaptability, powerful features, and strong branding capability makes it a really valuable tool for delivering engaging and professional digital event experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

Reporting and registration aren’t quite where I need them to be yet, but I know they’re working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Platform with Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

I like the platform because it was very flexible and easy to set up. The customer service is also very good. It made my personal experience way easier and meant that we had to spend less time setting things up, which also improved the customer experience for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CrowdComms?

I think their platform is also equally complex because it can be used for many businesses. The first time when we used the platform, it took some time to learn how to use it. We had to have an onboarding call. So I would say it was not easy, but it also wasn't hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Event Support and Seamless Experience with CrowdComms"
What do you like best about CrowdComms?

Review from ITS

We partnered with CrowdComms for our annual conference and our customer roadshow and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The platform delivered everything we needed to run a smooth and professional series of events and the level of service we received made a genuine difference.

The CrowdComms team took the time to understand our objectives and supported us through every stage of planning and delivery. Their guidance on registration, agenda design, session setup and onsite logistics helped us create a seamless experience for our delegates. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the response times were consistently fast.

Onsite support was excellent and our team felt fully supported throughout. Check in was quick and reliable and the event app received very positive feedback from our attendees. It gave us a powerful way to share content, drive engagement and keep communication clear during both the conference and the roadshow.

What stood out most was the professionalism and the people. CrowdComms genuinely felt like an extension of our team. Their knowledge, attention to detail and proactive approach meant we could focus on our content while knowing our technology was fully taken care of.

We would happily recommend CrowdComms to any organisation looking to deliver high quality events with a strong and dependable partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
