"Keeps Projects Organized and Collaboration Effortless"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like Trello because it keeps everything organized in a visual, easy-to-follow way. The boards, lists, and cards make it simple to track projects, share updates, and collaborate with others without anything getting lost. I also appreciate how flexible it is—I can customize each board to fit exactly what I need, whether it’s managing tasks, planning timelines, or keeping documents in one place. Overall, it helps me stay clear, focused, and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

One thing I dislike about Trello is that it can feel limited when managing more complex projects. As boards grow, they can become cluttered, making it harder to find information quickly. Some features that would improve workflow—like advanced reporting, automation, or detailed task dependencies—often require paid upgrades or third-party add-ons. Because of that, Trello sometimes feels better suited for simple task tracking than for fully structured project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love the Simplicity, Wish it Grew Faster With Us"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello grows organically, We started with one board to track blog post ideas, then expanded to operate our onboarding process, then client deliverables, all using the same board design with tweaks. Because the UI stayed the same, the team didn't treat the growth as a "new tool" it was just "extra boards". The meant has training, more uptake. What I really appreciate about Trello is how it removes friction when getting everyone aligned. In our team, people have very different comfort levels with tools -- some live detailed trackers, other just want to tick off a task and move on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As we grew to many boards and dozens of members, the "one board = one view" structure began showing cracks. We found ourselves constantly switching between boards, often losing context: "Which board was the card in again?" Trello doesn't easily offer a unified "portfolio view" to see high-level status across multiple boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Visual Planning Tool That Helps Teams Untangle Work Without Adding Complexity"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I like most about Trello is how it translates work into something visual. Instead of digging through emails or ling text threads, I can glance at a board and instantly understand who's working on what, what's blocked, and what's ready to move forward. Trello's simplicity is it's strength -- adding cards, tagging teammates, attaching files, or dropping checklists takes seconds. I also appreciate how flexible the boards are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As our projects grew larger, some boards started feeling cluttered. When there are hundreds of cards and long lists, you need discipline to keep things tidy. Trello's search works well, but filtering complex boards still takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization for Complex Projects"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello is very easy to use and it helps you stay organized, especially with larger projects that deal with multiple people filling different roles or with multiple ongoing projects. It is also easy to share a project with other people on the team and be implemented across the entire department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

There isn't anything about Trello I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Best Place to Track Your Works"
What do you like best about Trello?

What I appreciate most about Trello is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to keep track of our tasks. This helps ensure that we stay on top of pending or backlog items and don't fall behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

There’s really nothing I dislike about Trello, except that it doesn’t provide push notifications. Because of this, I have to open the platform each time to check for any updates or activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Tracking and Organization with Trello"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really enjoy being able to view my to-do lists and organize them based on their status. This feature helps me visually track my progress on each project or task, and it's always satisfying to check items off as I complete them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I mainly use Trello for to-do lists, but I would really like to learn about other ways it can be used. I know there are more features and different ways people take advantage of it, and I’d appreciate seeing a video or a short tutorial when I log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trello keeps teamwork organized without getting in the way."
What do you like best about Trello?

I like how visually clear Trello is, because it lets me understand project progress almost instantly. The simple drag and drop system makes updating tasks feel natural and quick. It also encourages my team to stay organized without adding extra pressure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Some features feel a bit limited when projects become more complex, especially when needing automation. Relying on extra add ons can make things feel slightly fragmented at times. I also find that large boards can become overwhelming if not maintained carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple way to manage tasks"
What do you like best about Trello?

I really like how flexible the boards and cards are. For example, I created a board for my personal projects and one for a group assignment, and I can move tasks around, add checklists, deadlines, and labels in a way that’s super intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The most helpful feature for me is being able to see the progress of a project at a glance. I also like using power-ups like calendar view and integrations with Google Drive, which makes it easy to attach files and stay organized. It keeps everything in one place and makes team collaboration smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Organization with Customizable Workflows"
What do you like best about Trello?

I primarily use Trello for staying organized with client work and deliverables, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks, from simple tasks to long-term planning. I appreciate Trello's ability to help me keep track of competing priorities and manage tasks that need completion, which gives me peace of mind knowing things won't be forgotten. I like the visual layout, which shows at a glance what's in progress, done, blocked, and what's currently moving. This visual snapshot helps me quickly see what needs to be done and what has been accomplished. Another feature I really appreciate is its customizability for various workflows. Whether I need to create lists, checklists, due dates, or labels, Trello allows me to adapt to the specific needs of different projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I could see some limitations for projects that require more advanced features like time tracking and resource allocation. In some cases, more robust management is needed, so having extra features like time tracking, reporting, or task dependencies could be helpful for more complex things. "Effortless Visual Workflow Management with Trello"
What do you like best about Trello?

I love how visual Trello is. It makes it really easy to see what’s in progress, what’s done, and what needs attention without digging through menus. Dragging cards around feels natural and keeps the workflow smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

When boards get too big, it can feel cluttered and a bit harder to keep track of everything. Some features that would be helpful require paid add ons, which can be a little annoying when you just want something simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
