&lt;p&gt;Agree the root cause is usually an oversized platform. The other common source is permissions. When every site manager can edit the inspection template, you get seven versions of the same checklist within a quarter and someone &quot;reconfiguring&quot; it back every month. A lighter tool can have exactly the same problem if template editing is open to everyone. Worth asking in the demo who can change a template and whether you can see what changed.&lt;/p&gt;
