
The portal’s UX is excellent. The color-coded dashboard makes it easy to spot errors at a glance, and the advanced search is great for quickly exporting records when I need to audit something. Overall, it’s intuitive and saves me a lot of time when creating or troubleshooting EDI documents like ASNs and invoices. Troubleshooting is probably the most challenging part. Some error messages are specific and genuinely helpful, but others make it hard to see the direct connection between the error and what’s actually in the document. Menu navigation can also feel inefficient; I often end up opening multiple tabs just to keep quick access to all the views I need. When the issue involves Data Masons, it gets even more complicated, because a document that looks correct in Data Masons can still trigger errors in SPS with no clear explanation.
