Our order desk, accounting team, and warehouse staff all picked up the system quickly, and we’ve had zero issues with our fulfillment process aside from occasional user error. We’ve experienced some lengthy setup delays when adding new trading partners. In our opinion, these delays could have been avoided, which would have improved our overall customer experience, although they aren’t unusual for the industry. SPS could strengthen its market position by improving in this area, because once setup is complete, Fulfillment is exceptional.

For very few particular customers, the requirements of certain fields become too detailed. It would be great if we could hover over a field to identify its number, so that when the customer says field # so and so is incorrect we know which one they are referring to. SPS has incredible customer service and has a very good track record of things working smoothly after implementation. EDI used to cause our company headaches due to its inconsistency or long lead times with getting set-up but ever since we switched the issues have been almost non-existent.
