I appreciate that it's all computer processing, so there's no need to contact one person to another in work. If I have a problem processing an order, I can get 24-hour help; the service is good. I like the customer service of SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI. I had a deduction problem with UNFI and KEHE, and the support team was really helpful. They showed me how to resolve the issue within the SPS system and gave me advice to prevent future problems. The initial setup was also pretty easy, and I was able to connect quickly with Wegmans.
