I find SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI great for integration, especially as a young company, because it offers value at a low cost. The seamless transition with invoicing and orders across different systems of our various customers is a huge benefit. It keeps everything in one place and makes it easier for logistics to manage all of the purchase orders with just one system. Plus, the initial setup was an easy transition. I find SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI to be very user-friendly and easy to use, which is great for training new people. I love the chat feature because sometimes I'm multitasking and don't have the time to call, and the reps on the chat are very responsive and usually solve my issue on the first try. The support is friendly, which made the initial setup very easy with their help. Also, the integration with our NetSuite platform is a plus. I appreciate how it helps with processing orders quickly from big customers like Walmart and Dollar Tree, and it's beneficial for receiving PO, submitting ASN, and invoicing. I like the SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI platform because it gives clearer oversight on what's going on with our EDI transactions. The setup team has been incredibly convenient to work with and efficient in matching our needs and communicating. Their platform's fulfillment monitor allows us to set up notifications, produces reports, and has strong filtering capabilities. This helps us with the high visibility on errors and ensures these errors are communicated to our team as soon as possible. I don't necessarily have specifics, I would just say that maybe their ability to customize integrations to their customers' specific/edge-case needs a little more would be nice. Our organization has a few things that occasionally can cause a little friction with EDI integrations, but SPS has accommodated to the best of their ability. It’s been really helpful to have all of our orders in one place. It makes it easy to look up orders, ASN’s, or invoices whenever I need them. The staff is also very helpful and quick to respond when I run into issues, and they work to get things resolved as fast as they can. Getting s new customers set up can be challenging. Some employees on your team truly go above and beyond, but others tend to leave things in my hands that I don’t fully understand how to handle. Costs more than the competition. The support is a good value, but there should be more value behind the higher costs. Max is definitely a step in the right direction.
