There are weird little quirks they just seem like they would be fixed by now...
If we type in an item without a price, and a box pops up for the price, the cursor does not move to the price.
You can't select all items on a ticket and return them...you have to do each item individually, that seems ridiculous.
I don't LOVE the process of entering an item, putting it on an order, then receiving that order. It's fine for large orders...but when we randomly receive a one-off of something, it would be nice to have some sort of short cut.
It also really annoys me that when you click Find Ticket from the sidebar when you're in a ticket...it is a different screen and gives you different information than if you click Dashboard> Sales> Tickets. I don't understand why those two screens would be different??
I REALLY hate the process of printing a tag for something. I don't know if this is a Mac thing, but it should have been fixed by now. In our old system, printing a tag was literally one click. In Springboard, you have the create a PDF of the tag or it prints blurry, so it's something like 5-6 clicks just to print one tag. Again, seems like an easy fix and totally ridiculous that we still have to do this.
