I love that Epos Now is very easy to use and a great system overall. Its beginner-friendly, visual interface stands out, making it simple for staff to learn with its color coding and icon-based screen. The all-in-one setup speeds up daily tasks, and it makes life easier when serving a customer. I also appreciate the full control it provides over stock management, with notifications when stock is running low. Even though it was initially difficult to start using due to the nature of our business, with the help of Epos Now's team, we made it work, which is great.
