What do you like best about Epos Now?

Epos Now are most helpful in helping resolve issues with systems, which thankfully don't appear to often. We are supported with our till and integrated card machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epos Now?

I have never experienced anything that I dislike about Epos Now. Sometimes we have had issues which have taken a longer time to resolve but with computer systems, this is understandable. Epos Now have always been able to resolve the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epos Now solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a Bookshop, and we keep an inventory of all the books that we sell on the Epos Now system to enable a fast customer experience when paying for the product. The problem that Epos Now were helping to solve related to the input of data related to the products we sell. The data would not be retained by the Epos Now system.
