What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The transaction fees - they are STEEP. I know you can pay for a bigger plan with less transaction fees, but I am unsure if it is worth it to pay for monthly. I do like that there are multiple integrations you can add into the system, but I wish there was a way to integrate the transaction fees through a Google Sheet or something similar. What problems is Square Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having to pay for a point of sale, being able to send clients invoices, allowing clients to have multiple cards on file, allowing myself and my employee to collect forms of payment after therapy sessions with clients. I like that it also shows my monthly performance, how much you've earned, the comparison of week to week analytics. Customer support is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
