I’ve worked in the service industry for years, and Toast is the best program I’ve worked with so far. It’s very user friendly with dozens of tutorials, and the customer service is superb.

The software is easy to use, and the integrations with other partners or platforms work well. Reporting is fast and accurate, and there are plenty of tool options available if you want to use them. Setup and onboarding are straightforward; if you have a bit of technical sense, you can do it all on your own. The price isn’t bad, but the reps may try to upsell you quite a bit. Support is very good overall, although the level of detail can be lacking in some areas—for example, with gift cards. You can re-use them and they’re available electronically, so you may not need to order a lot to start. We do not really use the AI option much because we have not found a need really.
