I like that SumUp fully integrates everything throughout the system, including POS and the credit card processor. It's nice to have this integration, especially with the rewards program that operates on autopilot. The actual setup wasn't difficult, making it a simple, easy process. The system also makes ordering easier with available projections. I love their whole system, and it's the best system I've used so far, definitely giving it a 10 out of 10. The fact that it's all running off of Wi-Fi, occasionally, the credit card processor doesn't work. It'll disconnect here and there, but that's just minor and kind of infrequent. Most of the time, it pulls through just fine. But every now and again, it just kinda acts up. That would probably be the only thing that doesn't really work all that well. Everything else functions very smoothly. I would say there would be some back office inventory management tools that could be a little bit more helpful or, you know, make it a little easier.
