What do you like best about Spiky?
One of the best 3rd party tool integration on the market (CRM, No-Code, Emails, etc...)- I have tested personally over 15 AI Note takers. Accepts formats like .wav as import which is very unique. Creating agents with a workflow in platforms like Zapier or Make.com is super easy. Support is reactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Spiky?
I think creating dashboard using data on multiple recordings should be a standrad feature in the future (like prompting all calls within one library for instance). It's possible today but requires a bit of building Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
