# Which AI customer support tool integrates with live chat systems?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi all! I’m currently exploring <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ai-customer-support-agents">AI customer support tools</a> that work well with live chat systems. I'm looking for something that can handle common questions automatically but still smoothly pass them on to human agents when needed. Ideally, it should be easy to integrate and not too heavy for a growing team.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">These are the platforms I’m looking at based on G2 reviews:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fin-by-intercom/reviews"><strong>Fin by Intercom</strong></a>: Built directly into Intercom’s live chat, does it actually cut down tickets while keeping the customer experience smooth?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/zendesk-support-suite/reviews"><strong>Zendesk Support</strong>:</a> Adds AI on top of Zendesk’s chat and helpdesk features. Does it really help customers find answers faster without bogging agents down?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/genesys-cloud-cx/reviews"><strong>Genesys Cloud CX</strong></a>: Enterprise-level tool with live chat, voice, and AI copilots. Is it too complex for smaller teams, or does it work out of the box?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If your team has used any of these for live chat, I’d love to know what worked, what didn’t, and whether you’d choose the same tool again today.</p>

&lt;p&gt;Anyone using Tidio as their main chat support tool? I&#39;ve heard good reviews and I&#39;m wondering if its Lyro AI really resolves most FAQs without needing a live agent.&lt;/p&gt;
