**What do you like best about Signitic?**

The handling is quick even for a non-tech user, without the need for support or training. The UX/UI design is optimized, and the integration with Microsoft Outlook is done quickly and smoothly. The integration of AI is also a real plus.

The solution helps to reduce the workload for generating campaigns in employees' signatures, while facilitating the tracking of ROI and the number of clicks generated per employee.

Customer support is responsive when needed. A high-performance, fast, ergonomic tool!

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

Nothing! The interface is smooth. Perhaps improve the management of the admins, the settings are a bit hidden.

**What do you like best about Signitic?**

Setting up this product was straightforward, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to create and manage signatures on a regular basis. The weekly email with the statistics is very useful for monitoring the signatures. I also found the support team to be excellent, providing quick and helpful responses.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

In the statistics, you can currently only view the number of clicks. However, it would be helpful if the number of opens was also available, as this would allow for the calculation of the click-through rate (CTR).

**What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool enables our customer-facing teams to include a personalized signature that highlights a particular campaign (whether that be for a webinar, an event, or a new piece of content), all while maintaining their standard email format without any disruption. All in all, it provides us with another channel of acquisition.

I find Signitic simple to use, which is a big plus for me. I also really appreciate the scheduling of banner campaigns. It makes a huge difference because I can schedule campaigns in advance to advertise events or based on seasonality needs without having to work on individual accounts.

Synchronization was difficult, some accounts weren't syncing. But now it seems to be working properly. The initial setup wasn't so easy, but it was okay.

I use Signitic to align company signatures with banners and avoid manually setting up signatures or changing banners. It solves not having signatures on mobile. I like its simplicity and the scheduling of banner campaigns in advance, saving me effort on individual accounts.

I appreciated the simplicity both in setting up the integration with Microsoft 365 and in creating and designing signatures and campaigns.

It happened to me a couple of times to have access issues with the portal. After reporting it to support, the problem was resolved within a few hours.

**What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the problem of signature management, which would otherwise be left to the discretion of the users. In the past, I have always managed updates manually, or by directly writing to the concerned individuals to ask them to modify the signature on their own. However, this left room for non-uniform and inconsistent signatures. With a centralized signature program, instead, the problem is solved and greater uniformity is achieved.

**What do you like best about Signitic?**

I love the ease of use of Signitic, as well as its rapid deployment, which makes it a user-friendly tool for our end users. It helps us standardize our signatures, saves our teams time by eliminating the management of their signatures, and allows us to be more impactful in our communications with clients and partners. The ease of use and rapid deployment enable the centralization and harmonization of email signatures without particular effort, and this at the company level. Moreover, the Signitic teams were able to quickly help us avoid disrupting the connectors already in place (a tool already used by another subsidiary on the same 365 tenant), which was greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

The layout of signature templates through the construction tool could be improved. It is not necessarily easy to size the signatures correctly, and the 'optional' lines should not leave a 'white gap' in the signature if they are not used by the end user.

Signitic is a powerful tool that can adapt to many uses. The variables on the signatures are really appreciable and allow the creation of signatures adapted to each user. Signitic's CSR approach, with information on the weight of signatures/campaigns, is really appreciable. The support is very responsive and its quality is excellent. The Signitic teams are attentive and constantly evolve their tool.

All actions must be performed on the web interface. An API would allow for the automation of certain actions, such as the creation of campaigns through internally created forms. The possibilities for creating signatures are limited on certain a

**What do you like best about Signitic?**

I appreciate the ease of use of Signitic, which makes it very easy to create email signatures for each new employee. Also, the effectiveness of the campaigns is a plus, especially in terms of the number of clicks. I like being able to quickly create a dynamic banner for our promotions and schedule these campaigns on the planned dates, which allows us to anticipate topics and have peace of mind. We have been using Signitic for a few years after a benchmark, and our choice has proven to be the right one because we are very satisfied with it.

**What do you like best about Signitic?**

I appreciate Signitic for its ability to harmonize signatures within the company, allowing us to present ourselves uniformly. I particularly like the simplicity of the connectors provided by Signitic during setup, which allowed me to easily connect the system to our email after a few tries. Additionally, the signature synchronization feature in Outlook is extremely useful for us. Signitic also allows the addition of event banners under the signatures, which helps promote various services. Thanks to its ease of integration, especially with Outlook online and Microsoft 365, the software adapts well to our way of working both on desktop and online. These aspects make Signitic a relevant and effective tool for our needs.

**What do you like best about Signitic?**

Signitic is a very simple tool, with good documentation in the back. The majority of the deployment process was waiting for the Microsoft addon to be pushed to outlook - which is out of their control. Afterwards it was my own creativity that limited the creation of the templates - something counteracted very easily with the premade template by the Signitic team! I deployed the application within half a working day, without any need for external guidance.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

Some of the instructions are missing or not clearly outlined - for example: when a template is created it must be assigned to a group. I had been looking for this configuration for quite some time before realizing it is done on a template basis.

**What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signitic solves the age-old "copy paste" signatures with a robust automation system. This reduces the mistakes within the signatures and gives us a lot more control. Also banners for events and news letters are now a lot easier to create, manage and push, with metrics to see clicked links.

The signature assignment engine and the calendar are the things I like the most. The address book is also very easy to use and it is easy to assign signatures to the various users. The help given by the assistance for the production of the software was very useful.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

In the company we don't have 365 yet and the integration is a bit cumbersome because for each pc you need to install a small software. Sometimes it's a bit complex to understand the various features. For example, the new feature introduced "card" was not immediately clear. Then the way in which the user is assigned to the organization is also complex, I think it can be improved.

Finally it is easy to standardise the signatures of all the sales representatives. This is a great advantage of time and simplicity compared to before.

We also appreciate the built‑in banner feature: marketing can schedule targeted campaign visuals so every email becomes a subtle advertising touchpoint.

On a handful of workstations the add‑in fails to auto‑insert the signature, so affected colleagues have to click “Insert signature” for every single email. The fix is straightforward—re‑install the add‑in—but that requires admin rights, which slows things down and undercuts the friction‑free promise.

Before Signitic, every employee managed their own email signature, which led to outdated job titles, missing legal disclaimers, and a patchwork of font styles that weakened our brand image. Ease of use and setup, without too many tutorials or documentation to read, we very quickly deployed Signitic across the entire network. I also appreciated the integration with O365, Lucca, and Sellsy. We allow the retrieval of all information from a common repository, and to update signatures very simply and quickly. Finally, we were able to call on customer support, and I always received a quick response to my issues (a few small bugs that were quickly fixed).

the few small bugs encountered during the implementation of the signature, and the fact that the signature does not always display when we are offline in Office 365, or when replying from Office 365 via the preview window. These are small things that detract from the overall positive aspects of the application. Overall, we remain very satisfied with the solution, the price is reasonable for a significant time saving! I appreciate the ease of creating signatures, because in just a few clicks, I can sync with the directory and automatically assign signature profiles to users. The value for money of Signitic is excellent, not exaggerated, and I like the little marketing campaign bonuses that make it easier to disseminate information.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

I find that the initial setup of Signitic is a bit complicated. I got a little lost at the beginning because I couldn't understand how it was supposed to be set up. It's not always extremely simple, which can make the initial experience frustrating. Some startup support, for example in the form of explanatory documents or video tutorials, would be helpful to make the process more intuitive.

I use Signitic for uniform and automatic email signatures, simplifying creation and providing click statistics for campaigns. This facilitates the dissemination of information and is well integrated with our system.

What struck me the most about Signitic is the ease of use. In just a few clicks, signatures are standardized for the entire team without needing to be a technical expert. Honestly, very few negative points. If I had to mention one, it might be the lack of advanced customization for certain templates. There could be a bit more graphic flexibility for users who want to go further in branding. But this remains a detail in view of the overall effectiveness of the tool.

I like the clear interface of Signitic, which makes management simpler. The pricing is acceptable and the support is responsive, you can easily contact them. The initial installation went very well, it was easy to configure.

There are no bugs, but an integration with API tools would be cool. I use Spark, but there is no direct link.

A simple tool that allows me to have an always professional and up-to-date email signature.

I save time and no longer need to manually tweak my signatures. Everything is ready, clear, and aesthetic. I also like the ability to easily add banners to highlight my content or news.

A more professional image with my prospects and clients. The simplicity of setup, even when you are alone. The ability to quickly modify or personalize the signature without wasting time. The fact of having a coherent visual communication, without technical effort.

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

Being alone, some features (designed for team management) are not useful to me. It sometimes gives the impression of not fully utilizing the platform's potential.

Reporting or advanced administration functions are not really of interest in my case. And for solo use, the cost may seem a bit high at first, even if the tool brings credibility and simplicity.

Before, I used to waste time redoing my signatures manually, sometimes resulting in an amateurish look. The possibility to create different templates, according to the services, and the ability to "push" the signature directly with the add-in. The ease of design allows for considerable time savings.

For now, I am satisfied with all the functions of Signitic.

We had issues with the uniformity of our signatures and Signitic solves it with the possibility of having a template. The time spent on each signature was also a burden, but with the integration of our AD Entra, this is resolved.

Signitic allows us to standardize all our email signatures to maintain consistency within our structure, all while being able to control everything remotely. It's an ideal tool!

**What do you dislike about Signitic?**

The downside would be the way statistics are collected for our campaigns and clicks on the signature elements. When managing 2 organizations on a single account, the statistics are global and not individualized by organization or by employee.

Before, as a communication service, I had to go to each computer to update the "event/news" banner. Now, I control everything in one place: simpler, saving time for me and for my colleagues who have absolutely nothing to do.

Simplified management and coarse-grained time during a signature modification.

Be able to manage ads simply through a campaign.

The cost for a simple signature is quite expensive

During the Christmas holidays, for example. Being able to display a banner to wish the end-of-year holidays.

This wasn't possible before. Because it would have been necessary to ensure that each collaborator updated their signature. It's a heavy task.

Being able to modify it very easily and share it with everyone in one click is a big time saver.
