I like that i can see my employment history, wage information, and other company related information all in one place. It is a user friendly website to use, and the ease of use is great. Have never needed customer support, but i imagine it is like anything else SAP related and good. I love the fact you can also change your address or make person updates on the website without having to go see HR. Thats a big plus as a team member! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM? Down sides are very minimal if any. I have never used a more complete software that has everything in one place than Success Factors. I will say i do not like that for my company at least, i can not run it on Google Chrome, and have to open it on the app on my phone or on Microsoft Edge, which i dont like using Edge. It saves me time in my day if i need to access anything personal related from having to go ask HR to do. I just updated my address for my paystubs and it took less than 2 minutes to do. It also went into effect immediately. I can also see all the open jobs at my company while on there, which saves me time from having to search them out. Performance reviews are done through there, which saves a lot of time from having to go meet with my manager and sign all the paperwork, when i can just do it digitally and submit it. It centralizes all HR so that we do not have to use multiple platforms to house information. I use the system multiple times a day for multiple needs. The one thing that sticks out that I wish was different is that the new hire information does not all get transferred to the employee profile. As a user, what I value most is the centralized access, as I can consult all my personal information as an employee and also that of my team in one place. Regarding self-service, the platform allows managing personal data, requesting vacations, and checking payrolls. From a team management perspective, it facilitates the administration of requests, the development of the talent matrix, salary review, and the execution of the annual performance process, as well as the definition and evaluation of annual objectives.
