# How do you balance SAP SuccessFactors HCM depth with easier navigation and fewer clicks?

I like SAP SuccessFactors HCM for its comprehensive HR functionality, structured processes, and strong integration within the SAP ecosystem, which helps centralize data and improve transparency across the employee lifecycle. At the same time, some navigation and routine tasks feel overly complex, and the user experience can be inconsistent across modules. I also wish there were more flexibility to configure workflows and dashboards to better match specific needs. How have you improved usability and consistency in your SuccessFactors setup without losing standardization?
