I&#39;d actually cross-reference beyond G2 here. AB Tasty consulting implementation services user reviews for the ecommerce and SaaS fit specifically can look thin on one platform and stronger on another, so I&#39;d check Capterra and TrustRadius alongside G2 before ruling a firm out just because one listing looks sparse.
