It a great step forward if you compare the classic SAP HCM backend system. The User friendly designed and the process data driven system makes easier to go for standardization instead of more customized solution that sometimes makes long term issues. What I like about SuccessFactors is that it makes things more tangible. I also like that it lets me create my own diary and milestones, and get reviews from people.
