Choosing the best talents in the right positions with the help of artificial intelligence embedded in the SAP SuccessFactors, as well as managing the performance of personnel and solving problems while working with this software is excellent. All the things that are required in an HR system can be experienced and concluded with this SAP platform.

SAP SF is complete and advanced in every way, no matter how much I think, I had no problem with it during this time

It is an accurate and complete platform for HR.  SAP SuccessFactors will help you to manage the organization's talents, time management for each project, follow-up of hired people, as well as personnel training with the knowledge base system, all in one place to improve the level of the organization in one software. This software has increased the speed of finding talent, job promotion, and the level of satisfaction of personnel and workforce, and finally we get more satisfaction and more income.

Accurate automation with the best options for HR management in a modern way.  We have not had any errors or problems so far.

SAP SuccessFactors has a comprehensive knowledge base for candidates and employees who can learn everything related to company and upcoming projects, it has nice time tracking for every project and the very practical talent marketplace.  SAP SuccessFactors has provided us with all the features of a comprehensive HR platform to save costs and time consuming and has also increased our productivity.

A lot of possibilities for the HR unit to manage employees and monitor their performance and check how the team is progressing and more success. Cloud and SAAS based system is so secure and fast to deploy. SAP SuccessFactors understanding the needs of the workforce and closely monitoring the work steps of the personnel is excellent.

It is a good platform, all features can be implemented by SaaS and any bugs and problems are fixed by developers.  and the updated version is always running.  I had no problem with it.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checking the efficiency of different departments is done with better and more accurate monitoring.  The reporting of the progress of the units is checked live. HR team knows how to use most potential talents in new projects through SAP SuccessFactors. Delegation of authority according to the ability and talent of workforce in our company. Choosing and managing a strong team with the right people has become easier and more profitable with the help of this platform.

We are using SAP SuccessFactor as a VMS in our organization, we use it to get the job descriptions and also to see the job status if it is still open or on hold.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

I like SuccessFactors, but there are certain things which i think needs to be made more accurate, like we are unable to search a job through job id we directly have to search it through job title and match with all the jobs opened with the job id to open the desired job requirement.

It is basically collecting all the job requirements from different small industries and puts it under one umbrella where we as a recruiter/account manager login and serve those positions by providing suitable candidates.

Best part for me is integrated payroll talent management feature with HR analytics and through SAP SuccessFactors we have a better understanding of the organizational behavior of our employees. It's a great knowledge base for new employees and and workforce planning sales Performance Management are professional cloud base.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

There is no issues with it because it's focused on employee and modern HR software solutions. I am satisfied with the software and I did not see any lags or bugs in it.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR team's communication with personnel is direct and without wasting time, Each new force can easily receive the necessary training through the software's internal system. Recruitment and training of personnel is done faster and with less cost, and organizational problems between employees and team needs are quickly reported to HR and investigated and resolved by the management team. It has become much easier to promote employees according to their skills and recognize their talents.  Communication between employees, senior managers and the HR team has become closer and solving organizational problems has become much faster and less expensive.

The time and efforts spent on implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors with other systems are challenging.
The customization option is not really helpful to meet the specific needs.

SAP SuccessFactors provides tools to help organizations manage employee performance more effectively. An employee can set their goals, track their performance and seek feedback.

It helps to automate job postings and interview scheduling.
Being a user, I can set my goals and track it entire year to check my performance and later add my comments and further send it for review. 
With a single click, it sends an email to the concerned person with the details.

The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product covers the majority of the basic requirements that large enterprises will have, this program helps you to manage all of your workers' and organizations' data in one place; it is quite handy and has a user-friendly design; the ease of use makes it a terrific tool. In terms of your career objectives, learning, profile management, and goals for the next assessment cycle, the system is uncomplicated; in essence, it enhances your whole performance management and employee-focused platform.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Because this is a public cloud service, extensive customizations customized to the needs of a given company are not possible. Certain aspects, such as your profile data, require additional customisation, such as more skills and certifications and schooling details, which are not as comprehensive at the present, employee level data and salary details are also high level and can be expanded upon.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP SuccessFactors provides several solutions/modules to handle all HR needs; one can get a license for simply EC and payroll processing if it is the primary requirement, but other SuccessFactors solutions can also be purchased as needed. Helped a lot with employee self-service and management self-service; most significantly, you can obtain this on the move, and the mobile app is a pleasant addition; the user interface is good. Keeping employee files and data is a very valuable function, and recruiters can also access the org chart, where you can easily discover all the data, whether it is yours or the organization's. Performance management is a significant role in understanding our entire career development and skill set needs. With SAP SuccessFactors, we can clearly outline our objectives, targets, and methods to accomplish the same, grades and reviews, and overall progress.

The constant pressure to keep up can lead to negative effects.
This may lead to a lack of focus on work and general life activities, making working spaces fun.

Mainly we are using it genarate the orders of customer and send the orders number to the customer support team but it's helpful in many cases like billing , product details and etc.

I use this as an end user. The best thing is that it gives you all the information about your employment, pending training, your holidays/vacation, pay slip/t4, career plans and many more.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

It takes longer to load, and UI is not the best. You sometimes scroll up and down a couple of times to find out the information you seek. Possibly because it is heavy or fetching information from other systems. If the code and UI can be optimized, it will be the best tool.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings efficiency to all the above-listed processes. It can be integrated with other systems that allow less manual work and more automation.

1. It is highly customizable.
2. Serves as a perfect human capital management tool for  large companies.
3. It completes the requirement of KRA/ KPI management .
4. Learning and development of an employee can be tracked and measured by setting certain norms.
5. It is very useful to assign learning, schedule training's to specific group, team, department.
6. I love the "My tile" feature which summarizes and makes easy to supervisors to track training and run reports.

1. It is not very easy to use.
2. Need a hands on training on hpw to load trainings and courses.
3. Customer service is not the best.
4. Loading exams, live events is cumbersome.
5. Pricing is high which can be afforded by high end companies.

It needs training to handle and use this software. But once you know how to deal with, it is a great tool for human resource management.

SAP SuccessFactors offers a highly simplified and automated HR experience, making it extremely simple and helpful to digitize and adapt to the new and ever-changing world of HR. It is quite simple to manage different sectors of the workforce using it, and the greatest thing is that it permits integration with many of your own products as well as other platforms. It also includes various modules, such as recruiting management, onboarding, employee profiles, employee central, time tracking, Litmos, and many others.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Lacks customization, requires some UX development for self-service use case, and reporting, which is now lagging behind, is one area where SAP can put in a little more effort. It has limited capacity using APIs to define access levels or centrally implement modules; for example, in the Employee Central module, one may conduct a number of tasks with rules and API if supplied to write the rules.

Smart distribute not relevant for tech companies. Smart assistant is not smart, insights about skills are very basic. Reports are not integrated via api or data warehouse  
Automation between steps is too basic and no sla in stages and custom fields only at application and job scope.

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

There isn't a lot that I like about using SF, it isn't user friendly, intuitive or "slick" in any way.  two years into using this product and our 100+ person team still struggles to use it.  Using SF is better than having no time management software.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

The time management capabilities are cumbersome and counter intuitive.  It only shows the pro-rated days you've earned, unless you change the calendar date to Dec 31 of the year, which will show you what you *will* have earned by the end of the year. People want to look at the total amount automatically when they wonder "how many vacation days do i have."  There is no way to save this setting, so you must reset the date every time you exit the dialogue box.  Canceling only a portion of your request is difficult, or trying to change dates for existing requests also gives our team a lot of trouble. SF looks very "Windows 95" - it's not modern, looks like a basic HTML website.

It has given us more headache than our previous time management system, which also incorporated Payroll and made things a lot easier

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

This ERP system has been available to many clients for over 20 years. Due to its long life and continuous support, it can be considered stable and reliable for many processes. One of the best things is using standard and custom features simultaneously. There can be challenges in maintaining the custom, as regular changes may impact the client's work inevitably. This makes verifying and supporting update task to be an ongoing activity.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

The UI feels old and can be rigid when changes are required in standard code. This can cause customers to overwrite code which may cause consequences in support packs or regular updates.

If you are an existing SAP customer or want to expand into solutions offered by SAP.

I can keep y profile full to update with all my details, skills and certifications, which are helpful during profile enhancement and promotions. I get time to time feedback from senior management on my performance and appraisals. It's a one-stop solution for profile management.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Performance appraisal forms are not precise. The formatting is always confusing, and which section we are referring is unclear. There are no filter or colour customisations. The page submission is also sometimes confusing, whether submitted or yet to be submitted.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track my performance management, compensation details, compensation appraisal and learning model and learning target for the given time perios over SAP success factors. As an employee, it's so smooth and acts like a corporate diary for me to quickly store everything and access everything.

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

I haven't found anything that I enjoy about SAP as I have used it. It seems to be a preferred tool only for finance and supply chain teams and caused everyone else headaches.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

I find the processes clunky, it doesn't look nide or modern.  I'm not sure if it is just the way my organization has it configured, but the processes are difficult, it's slow and looks terrible.  I am hoping we can move away from it next year.

SAP has not solved any issues for us.  We only use it because our parent company told us we had to.  We all dislike it.  Years ago the parent company was going to try to make us use more of the modules and after testing it was decided not to proceed because it is not a great set of tools.

The new modules that SAP is introducing, espcially Core HR, which is closer to its SAP HCM on perm. solution, have  different for thier elements in Successtactors. 

If SAP could give the same name to its enhancements as per their on prem modules it would be easier for consultant to transition from on perm system to Successfactors.

The issue that every employee can access the system and check his own information weather its payroll or attenedance.

SAP success factors is a very good learning and personnel development tracking platform I have used. I can assign training videos to myself and my team and also recommend the same. The platform captures the current state of learning and allows me to retake the same at any time. Also, the platform provides ability to create new training videos providing all necessary tooling to create a highly interactive and engaging training session.

Over success factors, performance tracking and task assignments are effortless and less time-consuming. As a manager, i do appraisals for my team members, making a clear definition of goal setting and management of their tasks, upskilling, and performance is effortless and communicating the same with employees is smooth.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

The enroute forms is sometimes confusing. The channel pf application flow from one level to another is sometimes somewhat tricky. It shows moved to the next level at the employee page, but no input at the next level. Need to refresh for the same.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track the performance of fellow employees at a granular level using SAP SuccessFactors. It helps us in the appraisal cycle, compensation management. Employee engagement and workforce management are two other main things SAP SF enables and helps us in a smooth ongoing process.

There is no issues with SAP SuccessFactors and all features are exactly what we need.

We use it SAP SF in our HR department since few years ago, it's great SaaS platform and it has lot of features like time tracking and applicants tracking system help our organization to manage better workforce needs. Furthermore, it has all the features needs of the recruited workforces and even part of the training prerequisites of the new employees can be managed with this platform under the cloud and SAAS.

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

I like how it maintains track of all my work-related papers and makes them easily accessible, I also like how simple the UI is and how educated the sales crew is before signing up. The support team is also highly responsive if you have questions after enrolling, SuccessFactors Core HR & Payroll keeps care of all client, payroll, contract agreements, and time tracking information. Onboarding was rather easy, and it took me about a week to get fully set up and ready to go.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

When new employee joins, you see the procedure but not the content of the dialogue; our staff find it difficult that the name of the firm with whom they conduct business is not stated anywhere. Descriptions of what is and is not included in the basic employee benefits module, as well as the prerequisites for this, might be made more obvious up front; a simulated paycheck before the first month would assist with this, but this is only accessible if you pay for it.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because the firm has employees in other countries and it would be far more difficult to make such payments without this software, the option of working for a foreign company with the security that it entails is quite reassuring. SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Payroll is a fantastic ally in my opinion. This software is required for expense submission, license tracking, and so on; it's all included. This software helps attract great people in countries where you don't have a legal entity but want to meet local requirements; it's less expensive than setting up your own legal entity and much less risky and cumbersome to maintain.

We used this product for performance evaluation, and it helps to have all KPIs and add them based on roles. Also, helps you to track individuals progress on it. This product also have workflow management which helps to track progress on you performance review and it's current stage. This workflow allows to send applications forward or backwards depend upon your review.

The UI could be more interactive and upload functionality should be introduced. So, individual can upload the achievements/certificate/appreciation to make easier the evaluation.

SAP SuccessFactors helps you to manage all of your workers' and organizations' data in one place; it is highly helpful and has a user-friendly design; and its ease of use makes it a terrific tool. Having an in-house individual who could make the necessary changes to the software since they were certified was beneficial because it allowed for faster upgrades than going via the corporation directly.

I really like the product since it allows you to see the organizational chart, which is really useful for recruiters to understand the corporate hierarchy and engage with individuals. But, because the program is not the most intuitive, you should expect significant training, It is not impossible to learn on your own, but it will take some time.

Storing employee files and data is a very valuable function, and recruiters can also access the org chart, where you can easily discover all the data, whether it is yours or the organization's. We also use SAP SuccessFactors to track prospects and hiring; it simplified the process, and we were finally able to leverage the system's reports to demonstrate the impact of our recruitment efforts.

The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product covers the majority of the basic requirements that large enterprises will have, the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app is the greatest since it allows us to complete performance management, income tax returns, and payroll-related tasks all from a mobile device. I particularly appreciate the UI and capability provided in SAP SuccessFactors; there are several integration APIs available for integrating this with other systems.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Because it is a public cloud solution, extensive modifications tailored to the needs of a given company cannot be completely realized, and the system might become sluggish and unresponsive at times. In my view, they should increase the customizing possibilities because they are now inadequate, and the price should be reduced slightly.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP SuccessFactors includes many solutions/modules to handle all HR needs; however, a license can be purchased only for EC and payroll processing if it is the primary requirement, additional SF solutions can be obtained on an as-needed basis. Helped a lot with employee self-service and management self-service; most significantly, you can obtain this on the move, and the mobile app is a pleasant addition; the user interface is good. SAP SuccessFactors offers one-click access to profile information, payroll information, income tax information and solutions, a performance management system workflow and solution, and a dashboard that displays outstanding and overdue activities.

Effective and easy to use tool for HR related functionalities i.e. employee management, performance review, payroll etc. It's cloud based system. So no need to setup whole infrastructure.It can be accessed from anywhere with internet connection.

The challenge appears when it comes to integration with third party as limited number of api are available. Data type and structure can vary in third party systems with available APIs as well.
It requires additional efforts, customisations to handle these scenarios.

SAP Successfactors is pretty straight forward and user-friendly for HR to track all people related information.  It also provided custom reports which were easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

It does not include predictive analytics to a certain extent.  It takes some work to integrate the data into insights.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am now using Workday which is a similar platform; I find that Workday provides similar functionality.  I have not seen recent updates with SAP SuccessFactors.
