There&#39;s a tension in the category name worth naming: Slack, ClickUp, and Confluence are each being evaluated here on their individual strengths, but a lot of enterprises actually run two or three of these simultaneously rather than picking one, which just recreates fragmentation at the tool layer instead of solving it. If chat lives in Slack, docs live in Confluence, and tasks live in ClickUp, &quot;unified workspace&quot; becomes a description of the goal rather than what actually happened, and the feature that matters most might be how cleanly each one surfaces content from the other two, rather than how strong any one of them is standalone. That&#39;s a different question than ranking their individual feature sets against each other, and it&#39;s probably the one enterprise buyers actually need answered.
