"Effortless Partner Management and Streamlined Deal Tracking"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

What I like best about the Salesforce Partner Cloud is honestly how much easier it makes working with all our different partners. Instead of bouncing around a million emails and spreadsheets, everything is in one place.

The biggest win for me is the visibility. I can quickly look at the dashboard and see exactly where all the deals are and who's working on what. The automated stuff, like registering a new deal or getting an approval, saves a ton of time and cuts out the annoying back-and-forth.

I also really like the training materials and content library. It makes it simple to get new partners up to speed without me having to personally walk them through everything every time. It just feels more organized and professional, which helps us all close deals faster and build better relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

Honestly, the main things that bug me about the Salesforce Partner Cloud usually come down to two things: how complicated it can be and the price tag.

For one, it's a beast of a system. The learning curve is pretty steep. Even for someone who's decent with computers, it takes a while to figure out where everything is and how to use it right. Setting it up the way you actually want it can be a real headache and usually means you have to bring in an expensive expert to get it right.

The other big issue is the cost. It feels like you're paying a lot for features you might not even touch, and if you need any extra bells and whistles, the price just keeps climbing. Sometimes the system can also be a bit slow and clunky, which is really frustrating when you're trying to quickly close a deal. Creating custom reports can also be surprisingly difficult and less intuitive than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Partner Cloud Makes It Easy"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

I love how it pulls everything partner-related into one spot, from getting new folks on board to seeing how they're performing – it just makes working with partners so much smoother. Plus, it really greases the wheels for sales, making things like deal registration and co-selling way easier, which means more revenue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

It's a beast to learn and set up; seriously, it can eat up a lot of time, especially if you're not a huge operation. And let's be real, it's not cheap to get going, and sometimes I wish I could tweak it more to fit our exact needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Channel Centralization, but Setup and Costs Are Challenging"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

I like the way it completely centralizes the channel. Features like Deal Registration and the shared Opportunity pipeline are excellent because they make it easy for us to collaborate with partners and give them the resources they need to sell our stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

The main downside is definitely the setup complexity and licensing cost structure. Getting the sharing rules and data visibility just right for external partner users is a massive administrative headache, and the price jumps when you scale up can be tough to manag Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Partner Management Easier and More Organized"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

I really like how everything related to partners—like leads, deals, training, and communication—can be managed in one place. It keeps things organized and transparent. The ability to automate processes and customize the experience for different types of partners is super helpful. It’s also great that it integrates well with the rest of the Salesforce ecosystem, so everything works smoothly together. The dashboards and reporting tools are a big plus—they give clear insights into how partners are performing. I also like that you can easily set up workflows for things like deal registration, onboarding, and approvals. It saves a lot of manual work and helps you build stronger relationships with partners. What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

There’s not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, I’d say it takes some time to fully understand all the features, especially for new users. Some setup steps require a bit of technical knowledge, but once it's configured, it runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More efficient and professional alliance management with Salesforce Partner Cloud"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

As a consultant, working with Salesforce Partner Cloud has allowed us to manage our partnerships in a much more structured and professional way. Previously, many of the interactions with partners and the tracking of opportunities were done in a scattered manner, but with this tool, everything is now centralized and much easier to manage.

What we value most is the visibility it gives us over the entire collaboration cycle with partners: from the registration of opportunities to the execution of joint projects. We can share key information, coordinate campaigns, and clearly track the impact of each collaboration.

It has also greatly improved communication with our partners' teams. Since everything is on the platform, we avoid misunderstandings, delays, or duplication of efforts. And being Salesforce, it is already well integrated with the rest of our tools, which makes the workflow much more agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

The setup and costs can be a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful PRM Platform with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

One of the best aspects of Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is how seamlessly it centralizes partner onboarding, lead distribution, and performance tracking. It makes it easy to collaborate with partners in real time while maintaining full visibility into the sales pipeline and engagement metrics—all within the Salesforce ecosystem. The customization and automation options also help scale partner programs without sacrificing personalization or efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

One challenge with Salesforce PRM is that it can be complex to set up and customize without dedicated admin support or technical expertise. The flexibility is great, but configuring user roles, access levels, and workflows can be time-consuming. Additionally, the interface isn’t always intuitive for new users, so training and onboarding partners can take extra effort. That said, once it’s properly set up, it becomes a powerful tool for managing partner relationships at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Collaboration and Growth with Salesforce PRM"
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

One of the best aspects of Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is its seamless integration with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud. This allows companies to provide partners with a customized portal where they can access lead and opportunity data, co-sell efficiently, and leverage marketing and training resources—all within a centralized, branded platform. The automation features, such as lead distribution, deal registration, and performance tracking, also make managing partner activities more efficient and scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud?

One downside of Salesforce PRM is that it can be complex and costly to implement, especially for smaller organizations or those without existing Salesforce infrastructure. Customizing the partner portal and workflows often requires technical expertise or support from consultants, which adds to time and expense. Additionally, while powerful, the user interface for partners can sometimes feel overwhelming if not carefully tailored to their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
