Using PRM to connect external partners, vendors, and supporting teams to my companies internal GTM team has been tremendous in collecting more data about how our customers are being supported in our ecosystem. This PRM offers a significant amount of flexibility for providing best in class partner experience through partner groups, role groups, etc. There is quite a bit of valuable partner and PRM analytics available out of the box as well. There is a lot I like. Salesforce PRM has a clean, intuitive interface that's easy to navigate. Even for those of us that are not very technically-minded, it's straightforward to find what you need. I also like the ability to create custom dashboards. It's ace! We can tailor the view to our specific needs, highlighting the most important metrics and KPIs for our charity.
