I really like that AiSensy has a clean and straightforward API integration, which took very little time to plug into our Node.js backend. The template management is also well-organized, making it easy to handle multiple message templates across different flows. I appreciate that the broadcast delivery is reliable and fast, saving us a lot of manual effort. The chatbot widget was simple to embed on our platform, helping to handle repetitive queries like ticket status and venue details automatically. Overall, AiSensy does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity, and it gave us the reliability and compliance we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Template approval can be slow, especially when iterating fast pre-event. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get new templates approved, which can delay campaigns. The broadcast analytics are fairly basic; click-through tracking and delivery breakdowns could be more granular. A more detailed API dashboard showing per-message delivery status in real time would be useful for event operations where timing matters. AiSensy's initial setup was significantly more involved than WaSender, requiring Facebook Business verification and WABA setup, which took a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
