What I like best about AiSensy is how simple and easy the entire process is. The onboarding was smooth and hassle-free, and the platform is very user-friendly. It’s easy to understand, set up, and get started with WhatsApp automation without needing much technical knowledge. We recently onboarded with AiSensy, and our experience has been very positive so far. The onboarding process was simple, structured, and easy to follow. We didn’t face much complexity during the setup, and the platform itself is quite user-friendly. For a business getting started with WhatsApp automation, having a straightforward onboarding experience makes a big difference. AiSensy has done a good job of keeping the process simple and accessible. We’re still in the early stages of using the platform, so we haven’t explored all the features yet, but our first impression has been excellent. I really appreciate AiSensy for its fast template approval, allowing my API to go live within 2-3 hours. The dashboard is much easier and more user-friendly compared to the Meta Business Manager dashboard, which helps improve my chances for a higher template approval rate. I enjoy their after-sales customer support and the dedicated account manager who assisted me with display name approval, as previously, it was always rejected by Meta. The user-friendly dashboard simplifies making ad templates and running marketing campaigns. Also, the metrics they provide are very useful for maximizing returns. The time for template approval has been drastically reduced to just 2 minutes, giving me more opportunities to experiment with templates. Earlier, using Meta Ad Manager was cumbersome as I had to watch YouTube videos for guidance, but now with AiSensy, I can accomplish tasks quickly with their user-friendly dashboard and dedicated support team. I find AiSensy to be a powerhouse of features, making it an effective AI solution for my CRM needs. The onboarding was smooth and the interaction with the platform is very user-friendly, even for someone without much technical knowledge. I appreciate the advertisement and flow features the most; they are very beneficial for my business. The CPC cost per lead is low when I run advertisements, and the flow feature helps narrow down potential leads effectively. The platform offers an excellent value for money with the pro plan, especially if you’re looking for a reliable and easy-to-use WhatsApp marketing platform in India. Because in contact, whenever I try to remove any contact, I don't find any tool over there. Second, when I created the campaigns with the templates, I'm not able to remove those templates. Setting up campaigns is quick, and I can manage conversations efficiently from one dashboard. The automation handles common queries, allowing me to focus on more important tasks.
