What do you like best about AiSensy?

What do you like best about AiSensy?

I like AiSensy's WhatsApp payment feature. This feature is very helpful because as soon as the payment is made through WhatsApp, the e-file is automatically transferred to the student. What do you dislike about AiSensy?

There are often bugs in the flow and the support system is slow, which should be fixed. Many times when there are bugs in the flow, e-file transfer does not happen, making students feel as if some fraud has occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few areas where AiSensy could improve. Adding the flexibility to add, edit, or delete empty projects would make workflow management much smoother. Also, having 24/7 customer support would be a big advantage for businesses that operate round the clock. These improvements would take the platform to the next level. What do you dislike about AiSensy?

i want to warns everyone about Aisensy platform about the security issue of your data, once you have uplaoded the contact list there is no way to delete, as there is no such option available neither they allow their backend team, as per their customer support response, they don't allow deletion, when i asked why, so they have no reason to explain. This is completely unethical act of stealing data of customers or keeping in their system without consent or warning or disclaimer. They can use for solicitation or any other purpose god knows, but i would request all those using Aisensy or planning to use this platform, be aware about this security glitch, and stop feeding your client details in their system. What do you like best about AiSensy?

I find AiSensy's support to be really good, which is important to me. The platform itself is also good, making it useful for my needs. AiSensy helps me get verified and send messages in a faster way, along with providing proper reports. I value the rebroadcast feature because it allows me to resend messages to those who didn't receive them the first time. The initial setup of AiSensy was very easy. The Message Dashboard feels outdated and unintuitive. Filtering contacts is confusing — for example, if I import 20,000 contacts but only want to send messages to 500 leads, the process of filtering and selecting them becomes unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. What I dislike about AiSensy is the difficulty in getting timely support from their team. Communication is often delayed, and there's a noticeable lag in resolving issues. Additionally, payment crediting is not prompt—it usually takes 5–6 days after making a payment for it to reflect in the AiSensy account, which can be quite inconvenient for business operations.
