I appreciate that Saleo offers flexibility and a variety of options for delivering demos in different ways, which is crucial for us as we handle a high volume of demo requests, both online and offline. The ability to customize demos that are not easily adjustable, particularly for products with multiple users or complex data sources, without altering the back-end systems is a significant advantage. Saleo allows us to modify data at the UI level, effectively sidestepping the usual conflict issues when multiple users are involved. The crisp captures make a 'offline' demo asset look like a live site. Capturing HTML rather than flat, dull screenshots has been a game charger in the assets my team provides to support the best generate revenue. Masking captures to resonate to specific scenarios and demos is a big thing for our team so having more flexibility and more options in what we can mask and how would make Saleo the only tool we use for creating demos. I work with large, enterprise companies as my customers and so there's no such thing as a standard demo. I have to customize every demo for the specific needs and context of my customers. Prior to Saleo each of these demos would take me multiple hours of preparation and custom scripts and UI changes. But with Saleo I can easily customize what I need across a broad array of products and websites. It's so easy and quick to use that I use it for every demo. I just gave my first demo with Saleo. I had both a live demo with saleo image and text replacements and a recorded(Saleo Capture) Demo, also with image and text replacements. The image replacement was much easier to use than other tools. The Saleo Capture demos are going to be very important for complex scenarios that are challengin to setup, and I plan on building more of those. The demos were very quick to prepare(minutes) once I understood the workflow. I had a few questions along the way and the Saleo team was very responsive and solved the problems quickly. As a Customer Education team member, I love that Saleo allows us to use realistic, dynamic demo environments without complex setup and the need to maintain data. One thing that has come up is the fact that since Saleo works as a browser extension, we cannot always use other extensions in conjunction with it. For example, a video tool we use that is also an extension cannot read Saleo data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we joined with Saleo a couple of years ago they have responded to every request we have made in a very timely fashion and released a lot of really great solutions. With every release, being the Sales Engineers that we are, we have lots of requests to add capabilities and new features. The Saleo team not only listens to our suggestions but truly finds ways to incorporate them into their release schedules.
