It was decided just days prior to going onsite that we wanted to show several demos to articulate where we believe the customer would see value in their environment today and in the future using our platform. Being new to the customers account, I did not have many demo orgs fully built out for the customer up to this point. Understanding that I needed to act quickly and build out a fully connected vision for the customer, I requested a Saleo license and within a three days I was able to enable myself on the Saleo solution and build out an entire demo story with our platform using multiple different demo orgs. This cut down my demo build time by at least 50% or more. The customer saw tremendous value in the demo that I showed during our onsite meeting. Items like branding the demo with their logo, their internal products that they sell and their verbiage is a must have for such a large and strategic account. **What do you dislike about Saleo?** Not all the time, but sometimes Saleo can cause the demo org to throw errors randomly. I didnt need to create a new customer branded theme, an entirely new customer app or configure all the contacts, products etc in each separate org. Saleo did all of this for me and I only had to do it one time and then I was able to use Saleo for all the different demo environments. Now almost every demo is customized with either vertical data (Retail, Financial Services, Travel) or with real prospect data. We pivoted to use a test environment but it was hard to show our customers the real functionality since it didn't get as much engineering support as our live product so it always lacked the newest features. Now with Saleo, I can demo our live product and I know that no matter what I click, things are going to work. It is also great we can customize the data, text, images, really anything we need to for our demos. It makes it easier for our customers to envision themselves using our product in their day to day. **What do you dislike about Saleo?** There is nothing I dislike about Saleo. So far, it has been a great tool to use. **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saleo is helping me demo my live product and customize things within my live demos. I don't have to show test environments to customers. I can show them our real tool and illustrate how they can use it. ### 45. We test a lot of new features so there are occasional surprises but we are willing to work through them. **What problems is Saleo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current demo solution is gated to internal users only, we are using multiple Saleo features to put guided tours in the hands of customers, and allowing our reps to demo a much cleaner demo environment. ### 46.
