What do you like best about illumin?

I like illumin because it offers a great user experience and the journey is impressive, even though I haven't fully leveraged it yet. The reporting is easy to understand, and I can get to data on demand easily. The built-in views let me check multiple metrics quickly in the platform. The integration with LookerStudio is clutch since we do a lot of reporting there for our clients. The initial setup was easy because the illumin team walked us through it. They did a screenshare and helped set up everything from targeting to creative, and even launched our first campaign for us. That kind of service is so rare. What do you like best about illumin?

What I like most about illumin is how intuitive and insight-driven the platform feels. It makes audience discovery, journey mapping, and media activation feel connected and cohesive, rather than siloed. The UI is clean, the workflow is straightforward and logical, and the data visualizations make it easy to see how users move from awareness through to conversion. illumin also strikes a strong balance between automation and control, so I can move quickly without feeling like I’ve lost transparency into what’s happening. It’s especially well suited for teams that care about performance, incrementality, and full-funnel measurement, instead of focusing only on last-click metrics. "Illumin’s Customer Journey Tracking Drives Smarter Targeting and Efficiency"
What do you like best about illumin?

The real differentiator with Illumin compared to other DSPs is the Customer Journey tracking feature of the platform. In addition to providing an elevated level of execution equal to big partners like The Trade Desk or Google, we have been able to track exactly what path consumers are taking to convert. What do you dislike about illumin?

We haven't run into any issues so far with the platform. Setting up API connections had been the most time consuming step in setup, but once connections were made we began seeing the data come through uninterrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about illumin?

I really like the journey format. It is vastly different from any other DSP I have ever used. It is detailed and really intuitive. We have only used Illumin for a few months, but we already feel comfortable in the platform. Our team of reps is great, they are always open to help us out with any issues we're having. What do you dislike about illumin?

There are not many things to dislike about Illumin. The only thing I can think about right now lies in reporting. While reports are extremely simple to create and quick to generate, I find myself wanting to include filters like, "Impressions > 1000" in the report, but I am not able to. If I want to see that type of data, I have to export the export to an excel file and filter from there. Im nitpicking here. Besides that, I dont see any downsides to the platform. "Hands-On Support, Intuitive Campaign Building, and Strong AI Optimization"
What do you like best about illumin?

The things I like most about illumin as a DSP platform is their customer service (they are very hands on and provide recommendations), plus the platform is very intuitive for launching and managing campaigns. I run several campaigns on the platform and find their AI optimization capabilities works very well and I'm able to deliver omni channel campaigns across digital OOH, OLV, display, audio, CTV and more. The platform has drag and drop features for building campaigns out makes my life easier for trafficking and building out campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about illumin?

"Powerful Features, Needs Streamlined Usability"
What do you like best about illumin?

I really appreciate illumin's Reporting API for Looker Studio. The list of fields available is fairly exhaustive, making it easier to handle our reporting needs. We've had to go to great lengths with other DSPs to either source or build our own connectors to our reporting tools, but illumin did that for us, and they did it pretty well. Even with the connectors we've sourced or built for other DSPs, there are limits to the number of fields available. illumin's API has a field for almost every field present in its internal reporting tool. What do you dislike about illumin?

illumin has a strong visual planning concept, but in practice, the whole journey building UI can feel more cosmetic than practical. Campaign setup and optimization can often take longer than in more established DSPs. Scale and premium supply depth can also be inconsistent. What do you like best about illumin?

I really appreciate Illumin's customer service and their get-it-done attitude. They are always willing to jump on a call and help me solve a problem or come up with a solution faster than any other vendor. Also, setting up Illumin was very easy because Derek and Lindsey helped us out a lot. Switching to Illumin from Stack Adapt was a good decision because Illumin offered far better customer service and no channel minimum spends. What do you dislike about illumin?

What do you like best about illumin?

I appreciate Illumin for its ease of use and accessibility to targeted audiences. The scheduling, tracking, and reporting features are excellent, making workflow management smoother. The initial setup was very easy, and the Illumin team was very helpful in providing initial training and is always available if questions arise.
