    "Take your project / activity manager wherever you go: Trello was thought to be a way of projecting and monitoring the development of his projects: professional or personal, based on the idea of Kanban methodology, but he does not force you to have the same streaks that the kanban advocates , everything is very free for the "manager". You could invite people to participate in your project and you define the degree of access to them. The visual appeal is very cool, we have a great user experience, you can move the cards between the frames, add comments, files and others. Something that draws attention and highlights from others is that we can choose between the web and mobile version. There are several pre-defined themes for you to choose for your project. And all this I got to do in the free account."

    "A great tool for those that like to work from lists: List items can have their own sublists that are easy to see, a history keeps track of how many tasks have been completed on a graph, can create new tasks via email, and can duplicate tasks or create follow-up tasks. Can create sections so tasks with deadlines can appear in own section near top whereas "Someday" tasks could go into their own section closer to the bottom. I used Asana with a team to start but then continued to use it for my own personal todo list for many years."

    "Solid, Basic, and Reasonably Priced Project Management site: Easy to use, simple gui, robust notification capabilities, easy to collaborate w/ others. It's great way to quickly build a gantt-like chart to show project pathway, identify dependencies, set timelines, and milestones, etc. It also allows the integration of some form controls like radio buttons, checkboxes, and dropdowns. You can configure these controls such that when they are manipulated (and in a certain way), that they can then trigger notification actions. This helps automate the progression, or at least initiation, of many tasks within projects and shorten the gap that may otherwise occur while waiting for humans to deem a task as completed, etc."

    "A software to organize the work of the team in our own way: When it comes to keeping the team up to date with the management of a project there are softwares that are not as flexible as Airtable is, I like its interface, how to synchronize a spreadsheet with the characteristics of attachments, calendars and reports, I love that it allows me to monitor and have multiple projects tracked, in my case I have used it with 30 projects, and it has let me observe very closely each step to follow within the projects, I like it also as it allows me to be more organized and keep track of the projects that handle complicated information, with a simple and easy to handle and edit vision, as it not only collaborates with me but with the entire work team."

It allows me to create automated review and approval workflows that my designers can then select for proofing. And the in-tool annotation function is excellent -- it takes any guesswork out of the process altogether. In addition to that, the reporting has been beyond excellent. If you are, in any way, inclined to do so, you can easily create custom reports on virtually any field within Workfront -- including fields that you create in Workfront's custom forms.     "Easy, intuitive and fast!: That is (the best I found) web-based platform that allows you to plan your activities in a very intuitive way.     "Teamwork Projects - Review: Teamwork is incredible for not as it were a group of individuals, but for the person client as well. I run a little bookkeeping commerce, and I'm me as it were representative. Collaboration permits me to set up errands and ventures that are both one-off assignments and routinely reoccurring assignments. As I check off the errands that got to be done nowadays, I can see forward to the rest of the week and get a significant update of what is coming up. It too permits me to welcome clients into the errands so they can see the status of where I am at in a venture we have concurred upon. They can transfer reports, make comments. I can utilize an essential time-tracking device to create beyond any doubt I'm not estimating my time went through inaccurately. The additional time I got to spend forthright to induce the assignments and layouts made is well worth the time when an unused client comes along. I don't get to reproduce the wheel or think additional difficult at keeping in mind what I did the final time. I can apply a format of assignments for any given venture that's required, and we are set and rolling! One is one of the best solutions for group collaboration. I've had the opportunity to work with. "

    "It Just Works: I like a lot about Intervals. Most important to me: • Ease of use. I work with contractors, as well as employees, and I don't have a lot of time to train everyone how to use our project management system. I've been using Intervals for more than a year now, and everyone who has tried Intervals has been able to start using it almost immediately, because it is simple to navigate (and has very brief, webinar-style introductory videos, as well as straightforward text help, if anyone is confused or wants to learn more). • Price. I pay about $50 a month, which is very reasonable given all of the features of the software. Most of the comparable software that I explored either lacked features I wanted at that price point, or did not give me enough room to track all of my (25 or so) complex projects that I simultaneously need to follow. • Flexibility. There are plenty of options that allow me to customize Intervals to meet my needs (adding project status options, categorizing projects to meet our current internal systems, etc.). • Features. There is a wealth of reporting and queueing options to choose from. I use most Intervals features regularly, but I still haven't found the time to use them all. You can right-click on many pages to access numerous shortcuts that make it easier to update projects and tasks (e.g., to change project status or deadlines without needing to visit a different page). It is good to know that I can grow into the unused features as needed. It is even possible to allow clients to access the system. They also have a plan each quarter for phased-in improvements that they share with clients. • Customer service. Intervals staff have responded to me immediately when I've needed help — every. time. They've also responded in a helpful, thoughtful, thorough way to my questions and even to some of my feature suggestions, which they really do read. • Time tracking. A lot of other systems I looked at charged extra for this feature and/or did not offer a robust enough solution to meet all of our time tracking needs. Very easy and convenient to use. "
