"Stable and super easy to use"

What do you like best about Rillion?

Rillion has given me 100% control despite large volumes. Great to be able to flag invoices to keep track. Easy to set up follow-up rules. Ability to search for free text in PDFs. If you want to create order and structure, you should definitely invest in Rillion. The plus side clearly dominates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple system, but comes with limitations"

What do you like best about Rillion?

When it works, it works. It is possible to adapt the integration slightly to customize it to one's purposes, which is good. And if you do not have too many changes often, it rolls pretty smooth. Easy to use for users who are not too familiar with systems and how they work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillion?

1. Enforce Okta login has not been made possible in our environment.

2. Being an admin comes with very restricted maneuverability in the system, even if it is the highest level of access.

2.1. One cannot be autonomous in updating users/roles by import. This is one of the reasons we cannot leverage the dynamic flow feature - even though we would like to, for example. It is simply too much manual work.

2.2 Okta is not working properly, and we would like to set up an integration to our HR system. However, connecting your own integration has proven difficult, even if it is supposed to be possible. Not a very integration-friendly system compared to others in that way.

2.3 You cannot create and extract your own reports from the system, only the pre-built reports/filtering.

3. We have experienced breaks in the integration after updates. For example, if we request an update for a parameter, it is likely that something unrelated in the integration might break. This takes time to investigate and get fixed. Thus, we do not request any changes to the integration lightheartedly, but may instead choose to do some things manually, when an integration could have done it for us.

4. The Customer Support is OK, but not amazing. It can take some time to get a response, and I have had to chase on multiple occasions. You should invest in more support staff. If a ticket is not rated as "Urgent" (even when it isn't) there could be weeks until a response is made. But I have received good assistance at times too.

I am working in Rillion every day, and it would be nice if the above was resolved, so that we could greater leverage the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
