Is Rillion free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Rillion does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Rillion pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviewer demographics and sentiment, Rillion's pricing is best suited for mid-market companies in real estate, accounting, hospitality, manufacturing, and financial services managing high invoice volumes across multiple entities or companies. G2 reviewers in these segments consistently highlight multi-company oversight, configurable approval workflows, and ERP integration as core value drivers. Small businesses in accounting and consulting also report strong fit, particularly those needing fast implementation and AI-assisted coding. Rillion is less suited for occasional or low-volume users; several G2 reviewers in those roles found the interface complex relative to their needs. Enterprise buyers with 40-plus entities also appear in G2 review data.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Rillion?

Rillion does not offer a free version or a free tier, according to G2's pricing data for Rillion. Rillion's pricing is based on custom quotes, meaning there are no publicly listed tiers or standardized plans to compare. G2 data on Rillion shows no mention of a free trial either. Prospective buyers must engage Rillion directly to receive pricing tailored to their company size, ERP integrations, and module requirements such as Invoice, Buyer, Contract, or Analytics. One G2 reviewer noted the price model lacks flexibility for SMEs, suggesting Rillion's custom pricing skews toward organizations with sufficient invoice volume to justify the investment.

Is Rillion considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Rillion broadly indicate strong value, with the platform earning predominantly 4.0–5.0 ratings across small business and mid-market segments. Recurring praise centers on time savings from AP automation, AI-assisted invoice coding, seamless ERP integrations (notably SAP B1), and responsive implementation support. One G2 reviewer noted eliminating 2–3 hours of daily manual work, while another managing 22,000 invoices monthly called Rillion the best system after 15 years. The primary value concern flagged by G2 users is pricing model flexibility for SMEs, with one reviewer explicitly citing the price model as insufficiently flexible for smaller organizations. Overall, high-volume AP teams report clear ROI.

"Smooth Implementation with Customizable Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Rillion?

I really like the great implementation support from Rillion. The API interactions with SAP B1 work incredibly well, and the team was fantastic in customizing features to fit our existing processes. Plus, the reporting functions are an added bonus. The implementation team provided excellent training, making the setup not very difficult and ensuring we knew how to use the system effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillion?

Rillion does not work with the Down-Payment or Landed cost functions in SAP B1 and often has difficulty with larger PO invoice matching (30+ lines). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Maria Almelöv of Rillion

We appreciate you taking the time to share this! Great to hear the implementation went smoothly and that the team could tailor the setup to your existing processes. It’s also encouraging to know the SAP B1 integration, reporting, and training helped you get up and running effectively. Thanks as well for the constructive feedback around down payments, landed costs, and larger PO matching – this kind of input is valuable as we continue to improve. We’re glad Rillion is helping strengthen workflow controls, digitize paperwork, and increase AP efficiency.
