We are tracking our Outlook activites directly into Salesforce and Inbox has been working great for the same. Sequences has helped us with a lot of our Marketing activities and announcements. I value how Revenue Grid simplifies ensuring that documentation is properly connected to particular leads or opportunities in Salesforce, which greatly benefits my workflow. I track emails, meetings, Add contacts to Salesforce directly from my email address, ect. Love that you can see if your recipient opened the email. Additionally this saves me hours every day from manually tracking these things. Before, I was using the chrome plug in and it constantly broke. I appreciate how it automatically logs my activities in Delphi, and its simplicity makes it very user-friendly. Additionally, revenue grid does not seem to capture the information from inquiries and therefore I'm unable to log activities associated with an inquiry via revenue grid. It is not as friendly as I would like sometimes. There are things that you just can't do in RG that you can in SF and it makes it frustrating sometimes trying to find exactly how to make changes.
