I’ve been using Revenue Grid for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for our sales team. One of the best features is the seamless integration with Salesforce, which allows us to work in a familiar CRM environment while taking advantage of advanced analytics and automation. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? While Revenue Grid has many useful features, I did encounter issues in some areas. One of the main issues is that some features can be difficult to use at times and can be overwhelming for non-tech-savvy users. Our team used a revenue grid to streamline our email communications and ensure that all interactions were accurately recorded in our CRM. No update related issues since my original review. While it hasn't happened in the last few months, we have seen issues after their monthly patches. Engagment and Sequences, booking, as well as the feel is 100x more powerful than the salesforce sidebar. Sequences are also much more intuitive and fitting for our needs than SF Pardot was. Revenue Grid connects to Outlook seamlessly, making it very easy to capture records, which otherwise would be tedious and time-consuming. Its intuitive nature facilitates easy record-keeping without having to think too hard. As a frequent user, I find it connects well to my systems and is reliable. However, the support is pretty good; more often than not, it just requires some training on how to use the system. It allows me to easily capture and track data, particularly email traffic, which gets put into the correct record folder for future action or simply to keep history. This makes me less reliant on other people to support activities. making me a more effective manager. I work independently, so the flexibility and ease of build allow me to set things up just how I like it improving my efficiency. If a system works, you are more likely to adopt its usage and build on your skill level, leading to further improvement.
