Super easy to use and administer. Game changer for automatic recording of everything outlook to Salesforce. Love the calendar invite functionality as well. The staff are amazing and the product works as designed. Implementation was quick with no real assistance needed to configure for both tools. It's easy to use and gives me the feedback I need to get the message out to our prospects and clients as needed. Works flawlessly with Salesforce.
