The program is constantly making updates and adding in new features to stay up to date with things such as digital signatures, e-mail integration, document downloads.
What do you dislike?
The program looks like it's from the 90's. It's very old, DOS looking and sometimes hard to figure out how to do the thing you're looking for. If there was an instruction manual, or a "how-to" would be better then having to call the support line.

It is a customer database used for file notes and document storage. After figuring out the "Abeyance" system it greatly helps organise and keep a list of things that need to be done each day.
